[She echoes her partner, and yet she sounds more doubtful.]

Perhaps you should stay in your room until then. Or my room. It might be safer there.

[unhealing]

Maybe. But I don't... I don't want to.

[Logically, she knows Assassin is correct, and she doesn't have a good objection to the suggestion. But, even so, that's what comes out of her mouth.]

I'll go back early.

[But she doesn't want to stay inside altogether.]

[She nods when she hears Claudia's answer.]

I understand. It must be tiring to always sit in your room. I suppose it will still be safe so long as we head back before dark.

[unhealing]

Yes, that's right.

[She smiles to herself, looking downward and fidgeting with her skirt as she speaks. Then, she moves to lean against Assassin's side, though not with her full weight.]

I've spent a lot time just lying in beds. So, if you could humor me on this, I'd be happy.

[[She smiles gently at her Master.]

I will listen to you and stay out here as long as you might wish.

Thank you. [Then, reflexively:] I'm sorry for being such trouble.
