Summary: In which April tries to be a good girlfriend and tries to cheer Aleph up after what has happened over the past day or so.

[Despite April's general lack of social skills and tact, she did like to make people she cared about happy. And even April could tell that Aleph wasn't happy, so of course she felt that she needed to do something about this.

Which is why later that day, Aleph will end up being dragged to the media room by April, who is looking equal parts determined and nervous about this.] ... I also made some food too, and it's none of that cafeteria stuff.

[and she'll point at said food in a basket when they walk into the room.]

[April can't argue with that. Of course, she does have to go beat him up eventually. So cue jumping on.]

And April does manage to keep up her winning streak, since she eventually manages to snag a star for herself. And she looks pretty pleased about this.]

It's an early lead. It doesn't mean anything.

But it's still a lead, and I'm gonna take advantage of that. [She just... has to make sure her star doesn't get yoinked.]

[Promptly YOINKS HER STAR.]

April is just gonna huff and pout now. In that case, she'll just kick his ass at another minigame then.]

[Yup. Though he is playing against someone who is really good at video games.

Which is how she manages to get another star, despite the fact that he yoinked hers.] Ah, so we're tied now.

Yes, we are. At least the computers don't have a chance.

Right! And we've only got a few more rounds left. [And April will just keep kicking your ass at mini-games until then, Aleph.]

Of course, she resisted using her powers to tip the game in her favor. So she ends up pouting when BK gets a couple of bonus stars and wins the game.] ... Dammit.

AI do sometimes cheat, from what I know. Maybe next time I should lower it's chances of winning a bit.

[She huffs and then stretches.] Do you want to play it again, or play something else?
