Characters: Anyone and everyone
Setting: Cafeteria, Noon, Nov 7th
Format: Anything
Summary: A party/discussion mingle after calling a meeting of the residents.
Warnings: tba
The anonymous post on the network was an invitation to gather, discuss and share information. Maybe they would get incredibly lucky and get to the bottom of things, such as who was behind the bombings or the strange things that went on during Quarantine.
Someone has been at work down here in the dining hall, moving the tables around to create a space in the middle in case people felt like dancing. Most of the chairs are around the outside and facing the middle, for everyone to see each other better. There was another space and some chairs for musicians, and a couple of the larger tables were set up with a large buffet of normal cafeteria food (because Zo wasn't likely to poison them) and resident prepared dishes, both clearly marked.
Of course, there was always the oatmeal.

[She adjusts the guitar, fingers picking up speed.]
But I'm also a genetically-modified supergirl. I mean seriously. What, you think the killer bracelets go to just anyone?
someday i'll learn my icon keywords
[Sure looks like he's taking it well, though.]

[She doesn't look like she's much bothered by it either way.]
But yeah. I can cram a lot of stuff into my brain pretty quick. Instruments included.

...I can't say I guessed you'd play guitar, though.

[She looks back up at him then, readjusting to settle an ankle across the opposite thigh.]
What, people learn to do that on purpose? Geez, doesn't anyone listen when they hear the saying 'ignorance is bliss'?

Some alchemists can be an unusual brand of magus like that. [He would know.] I recall hearing of one branch that can apparently split up and accelerate their thought processes like some kind of supercomputer. You wouldn't happen to have something like that, would you?

[She looks amused now, fingers plucking at the strings in an idle melody as the song winds down.]
Nope. Just a good old-fashioned supergenius IQ and lots and lots of reading. Sorry to disappoint, Professor.
