Summary: A party/discussion mingle after calling a meeting of the residents.

The anonymous post on the network was an invitation to gather, discuss and share information. Maybe they would get incredibly lucky and get to the bottom of things, such as who was behind the bombings or the strange things that went on during Quarantine.

Someone has been at work down here in the dining hall, moving the tables around to create a space in the middle in case people felt like dancing. Most of the chairs are around the outside and facing the middle, for everyone to see each other better. There was another space and some chairs for musicians, and a couple of the larger tables were set up with a large buffet of normal cafeteria food (because Zo wasn't likely to poison them) and resident prepared dishes, both clearly marked.

Of course, there was always the oatmeal.

She frowned at him and folded her arms. "I did no be sneaking, I did be walking right up to you, it do no be being my fault you do no be being observant."

"I was busy," Hidetoshi reminded her as he curled his sore fingers together, and rested them on his hip. "It's still polite to ask first before you read my notes."

"That do no be being an excuse." She told him and then sighed, rolling her eyes at him.

"Can I please be seeing your notes?"

"Alright then, you may," The eyeroll is noticed and internally returned. Geez, he's not asking that much of her! He shuffled through the papers, and separated the notes he'd recently taken on the discussions from the rest of the papers. He held it out to her.

"Here."

She took them and flicked through them, skimming the bits she already knew and reading the other parts closer. "These photographs..." She only has a vague idea what one is, but she can put it together through context, "Did you be taking any, you did no be being locked in the rooms did you be being?"

He shook his head curtly and made a thoughtful hand gesture. "No, I didn't. I was one of the people trapped within the rooms. I learned of those photographs from others." He pauses. "There was apparently a warning issued that monsters caught on camera would react poorly."

Nesir frowned, "But people did be ignoring it." Probably for the best, it gave them more information. "Did anything strange be happening in the room you did be being in?"

He actually snorted, though not at her. "Isn't something strange always happening in this Tower?"

HIs lips went thin in thought. "One person lost their voice, another suffered injuries, each time after a period of time where the lights went out. The trigger was probably the amount of noise they were making. Hallucinations beset us later on."

Nesir nodded, "We did be all having our throats attacked." She grinned sheepishly, "We did be making quite a lot of noise as well." Mostly her and Sephiroth, but it was not her fault he was insufferable.

"It was very unsettling at the time, that situation," he commented with an answering nod. Then Hidetoshi looked puzzled. She didn't strike him as somebody like Shion who had spent quite a lot of time going ballistic and hitting/screaming at the door once the woman had lost her voice.

"What prompted the racket on your part then?"

"Sephiroth." She scowled, "If you do no be knowing him you do be being lucky." She shrugged, "It pretty much did be being all his fault."

"Oh, him," That cleared it up. Sephiroth was not an easy person to put up with, with that self-centeredness and how inconsiderate he was.

"We share the same dormitory room, actually."

"Oh... I did be forgetting that." Silly thing to forget, though it was all tangled up in the false memories of thinking she had been here for years. She had never actually invaded Hidetoshi's room since.

"I see. Hn. It's not a terribly relevant detail to recall offhandedly anyway." What with the recent bombings and other odd events.

"Even I would probably run out of patience with him after that long."

Sephiroth wasn't the sort of person who became more tolerable in exceedingly close quarters like those rooms during the that week. He had a personality flaw of not being sympathetic to the plight of others. :|

"You do be understanding." She nodded and sighed, "He did be getting annoyed at me for being human."

"What?" That didn't make any sense. How do you get annoyed at somebody for being human?

"It do be being a common argument between us, he do be thinking I do be being weak." She glared at the ground, angry all over again. As the mere mention of Sephiroth was likely to make her.

"He's incorrect in that assessment of you. That is idiotic of him," Hidetoshi looked unimpressed. Calling somebody 'weak' for being subject to the basic limitations of humanity? ??? Really. Not everybody is a freak like that man. He thought Sephiroth had more sense.

She didn't smile though she was glad that he thought that. It was true, it was idiotic of him and she was glad that Hidetoshi saw that.

"He do be being an idiot."

"My sympathies for having to deal with that then."

He grunted. He wasn't going to feel bad about somebody else being an idiot, but he would sympathize with those who had to put up with said idiocity.

She smirked, "You do be being the one who do be needing to be sharing a room with him." Hidetoshi had more restraint than she did, she would have been too tempted to stab him in his sleep.

"It's in both our best interests to be cordial to whose we must share a room with as the administrators decree," he says matter-of-factly.

And well, as tempting as the thought of offing his more annoying hyenas of peers had been in the past, Hidetoshi hadn't been raised like she had. Violence was not a solution he typically resorted to.

"Unfortunately, that do be being true." She shrugged, "Well you do be having my commiserations for having to be dealing with him every day."
