Summary: A party/discussion mingle after calling a meeting of the residents.

The anonymous post on the network was an invitation to gather, discuss and share information. Maybe they would get incredibly lucky and get to the bottom of things, such as who was behind the bombings or the strange things that went on during Quarantine.

Someone has been at work down here in the dining hall, moving the tables around to create a space in the middle in case people felt like dancing. Most of the chairs are around the outside and facing the middle, for everyone to see each other better. There was another space and some chairs for musicians, and a couple of the larger tables were set up with a large buffet of normal cafeteria food (because Zo wasn't likely to poison them) and resident prepared dishes, both clearly marked.

Of course, there was always the oatmeal.

Which monsters have weapons?

[Zuko has his swords, of course, but the promise of stocking a small armory is tempting. He does come up rather suddenly, though, speaking up before he really has a chance to establish that he's there.]

[Diarmuid gives the new arrival a polite nod, before moving on to answer his question.]

I am not familiar with the way you fight--if it is magical or physical or alone or with a group--but the monsters I most often fight for weapons are orcs and less often the Uruk-hai. They are close to normal human size so their weapons and armor--what there is of it--can be used with a minimum of alteration. As I mentioned before, alteration should be avoided until we can find real tools to do it with. It will do us little good to gather real weapons only to alter them to the point they aren't really real anymore.

Orcs are not very smart, but they do travel in large groups. The Uruk-hai are less common and come in smaller packs, but they are smarter and resistant to everything but physical attack.
