Setting: Hidden floor: one prompt for Waver specifically and another for talking amongst your fellow potential infiltrators.

Summary: Waver has information to share and the populace has tactical espionage action to plan; this is also meant as an overall information-sharing/strategic planning mingle so have at it!

[A short and simple post was left on the network, the person that wrote it not having stayed long enough to answer any responses:]

I have an important document of sorts to share with anyone interested. For the foreseeable future, I can be found in the one location secure enough to not have anything overheard.

Of only slightly less urgent importance, I also need to speak with anyone else that was involved in recharging this place's energy.

[As soon as he'd punctuated the last sentence, Waver left and headed directly to the hidden floor. That was sure to be straightforward enough; he just hoped it wouldn't draw the wrong sort of attention.]

[Waver couldn't help but do a small double-take; for half a second he mistook the pile of armor for Berserker.]

Uh...right, yes. About that mess in...January, was it?

Yes. I'd like to know more. Things are moving swiftly, and I'd rather not wait by the sidelines for the final curtain to fall.

I've reason to believe we weren't exactly helping the Tower itself. It seems more like Riki might have misdirected us to collect energy for some other unknown purpose.

Do you have a theoretical on what his reason might be, or is it entirely unknown to you?

The only thing I can offer theories on is why we've been lied to, rather than the larger purpose it served for him.

Either he's more of an enemy than we believed, or he was hiding something from the other administrators by keeping it entirely to himself. What he could be planning is well beyond even my own ability to theorize.

[ Loken removes his helmet. He's huge, well-shaped, in a sort of carved from stone kind of way, though scarred. He looks like a hero is supposed to look, since Waver's familiar with that kind of appearance, though the signs of genehancement alter his appearance a bit from human baseline. ]

Worth stopping, then?

Nonviolently.

[Because boy, do you look like the type to go in guns blazing.]

There's no reason to storm the castle, so to speak. Not when there's so little we actually know. Infiltrate, yes, but not run in wrecking everything in sight.

Somewhere, mayfield-garvi is sad.

I can do that. I'm no Raven Guard or Night Lord, but every Astartes is fully capable of stealth operations.

Forgive me for saying so, but you don't quite...look well-suited to stealth.

First, the armor is removable, second, i'm fully capable without it.

[ He gives Waver a glare. ]

[ A ghostly green armored figure briefly appears behind Garvi smirking, then fades. ]

Something I have developed but don't want to talk about. Suffice it to say I don't need bolter, chainsword, and armor to be effective, and I can be a sneaky bastard if required. It just isn't my default methodology.

Well, god forbid I should be one to judge. I'm hardly going to have much of a hand in arranging a group to head downstairs anyway, if I'm at all lucky.
