And then there shall be bestowed upon the elect wisdom
Characters: Enoch, Zelda, Tohko, and the people they invited, also something for Naoya before the meeting. (Invitees, please add your tags as you come in!)
Setting: Sauna floor(F77), 3pm, March 27th (2:30pm for Naoya's pre-meeting thread)
Format: Whatever works!
Summary: Finally, all three people who were contacted after Dax's death will meet. Plotting ensues.
Warnings: None thus far.
The letters had been sent. Now, all there was, was to wait. Enoch, and possibly one or two others, was there already, sitting at the far end of the room so they couldn't be heard through the door, sitting up straight and a hand resting on his knee as he waited for the others. His leadership potential often went unused, Enoch being the submissive type, content with the role of the follower. But he would have been next in line for his father's priesthood, a leader role of sorts - he could and would take the lead if he had to.

HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THE MEETING (closed to Naoya)
"Great-uncle, I'm glad you came."
no subject
"What is this about, hm?"
He had a few ideas, but he preferred to hear it from the person who called the meeting.

Enoch would normally be more open with Naoya. But he would be a fool to ignore that they were on two different sides of a divide, however reversed the sides may be between their worlds. He needed to take everything into account when it came to this.
no subject
He thinks for a moment, before speaking again.
"I have some sensitive information you may be interested in as well, so I'd ask you to make the same promise. It's information that may result in... unfortunate circumstances, should it leak. So as much as I'd have something to hold over you, you would have something to hold over me."

MINGLE

She offers a nod in greeting to each person who might already be there before taking her seat, hands folded in her lap and sitting straight.

Though the trip into the elevator was less than a month behind them, it felt so much longer...

No more. None of it. She had to be more levelheaded if things would go smoothly. She would smile and nod at each person she passed before taking a seat, her notebook in her lap, and her pen in her right hand.

"Will the paper be all right in here?"
It was a sauna, of course; the atmosphere was rather...damp.

It's covered in a cloth, of course, but the fact remains that she brought it with. She is currently sitting down, hugging it like it is a stuffed toy, and looking around curiously at everyone.
...The fact remains that she brought an eldritch abomination of a plant with her. Sola, water you doing. Stahp.

Enoch's eyes go to the cloth-covered thing in Sola's arms. He watches it curiously, and looks up at her questioningly.

But it's the Naoya who doesn't recognize her.
So it's the same person from a different world, and thus they do not know each other, and thus - no point in engaging. So after a brief, considering look, Sola goes back to swinging her legs in a childish fashion, still holding on to her cloth-wrapped plant.

He clears his throat, however, he doesn't actually say anything before taking a seat close to Zelda.

MEETING
"I'm glad you've come. I assume you know why we've gathered here. Rest assured, our hosts have no eyes here. I suppose we should thank them for valuing our modesty." A bit of a smile. Enoch could do speeches, but he didn't like them much.
"But that would let them know we know exactly where they can't see us - I suggest nobody take my joke too seriously. In fact, this is entirely about not letting them know - I assume everyone here knows not to speak too much of this meeting outside of it, correct?"
/gets ball rolling?
"Mm, the bathrooms and the sauna are the safest place to talk if you must, but I cannot overstate the importance of not saying anything about this on the network or near the worker units. The walls of the other floors have ears too, of course, but Dax said that so long as we speak quietly and away from the walls themselves, we should be safe."
Safe, that was the word he used. Goddesses only know what might happen if their plots are found out...
"Additionally, I would not recommend speaking of these proceedings with anyone you do not trust with your life. I know of at least one man who would like to see the 'saviors of the multiverse' replaced by a king, and I have no doubt he would stop at nothing to get his hands on whatever information that might give him power over them."
And by the way she says it, trading a savior with a king is definitely not a good deal.
no subject
"The walls, I never heard of... But, yes. I don't plan on revealing this to anyone not already here, aside from one other person."
He seems to think for a brief moment before he asks, "This 'king'..." He glances at Naoya for confirmation as he adds, "Ganondorf? I assume you know more of his style of leadership than I do..."
