Ed and Sollux had parted ways and he, for one, wasn't complaining. He had more important things to do. Things like finding out if this letter was for real. Somewhere in this tower he would find what he was looking for. I mean, Amestris couldn't be gone... right?

[Molly has been here long enough that she can recognize when someone was new. This boy was definitely new! So of course she had to go talk to him, it was the natural thing to do!]

[Says the girl who is not even five feet tall. Also, doesn't she make the greatest first impressions?]

[Ed was already in a pissy mood -- he fell down a mineshaft, got impaled, woke up here, found out his world was DESTROYED and now this girl. THIS GIRL WHO IS SHORTER THAN HE IS was telling him that he was short.]

It's like Jurassic Park in this hall, but instead of a dinosaur, it's a ten-foot tall green man with no indoor voice.

This was the second time today he'd been called short. The first time was one too many. This additional one did not make things better. He whips around, fuming.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CALLING LIT --"

Oh hi there ten-foot tall green man with no indoor voice. There's an itty bitty little blonde thing staring at you now. He has no idea what you are. He can not even.

He takes a tiny step back. "H-hi there."

[Heading upstairs he blended in well with how white everything was, being albino and all. But he'd been heading for the library having nothing better to do with his time especailly seeing as he'd already been to the pool. But, Ed tends to stand out, especially in his bright red jacket.]

He really doesn't like that kid comment, but yeah, he does that. His coat is pretty much the coolest thing ever and it wasn't often that someone appreciated its sheer badassery.]
