[Xion - with Shion in tow - is stopping by her room when she sees the indigo figure. Between that and the box, she realizes.]

[Her voice is cautious, maybe even a tiny bit afraid, and overall a somewhat incomprehensible mix of feelings from her trying not to focus on what's happening to her and everyone and focus instead on finding the people most important to her]

Yes, that is correct. Forgive me - it is a bit difficult to distinguish people from one another, but... Xion?

[That shy, quiet voice is vaguely familiar at least, even if the figure accompanying its owner isn't. At least she's keeping her head enough to recognize that.]

[Shion stayed quiet, when the only way to recognise people was by voice it was probably best not to add unnecessary sound.

Anyways if a liquid filled wireframe could look dazed Shion did, he was still processing what was going on, and so was letting Xion drag him around, while they looked for her friends.]

Yeah. It's... it's me.

[Xion swallows. Or at least it feels like swallowing. She isn't sure what is real or not, anymore. Which was what Dax had meant, wasn't it?]

Is this... is this what we- [did? But that would be telling too much so...] Was this supposed to happen?

[The chips, the secrecy, everything?]

"You will know if this is successful in the month after you place the microchips. There's no mistaking the result, don't worry."

[She recites the last few sentences of the note that came with the box, having read it so many times to memorize it. And at this point, she's no longer bothering with secrecy regarding this part of Dax's plan in particular. The other administrators have to know what they did by now, after all.]

I have to imagine that it is.

[Xion had told him about the chips, they had few secrets between them. He had wondered what their effects might be... but to know that this was intentional...

He spoke up for the first time from behind Xion.] Do you know what a glamour system is? [Neither of them had understood the word at all, but apparently that was what Dax had set out to break...]

[So this is what they've done. But what is "this"? Shion's question is more spot-on than anything - it's the missing piece of the puzzle she needs to figure out what's happened.

She stays silent, because any questions she has will probably hang on the answer to Shion's question.

She has a bad feeling that this is going to have some pretty big effects, going forward. And that the other admins will probably not be happy. Maybe already weren't, if that roar was any indication.]
