Ah. That right there is the worst part of all of this huh. That's the straw that breaks the camels back, the tipping point. The point of no return. If only there were a couple of decent eyefuls amongst everything we knew and held dear turning out to be fake, then all would be well.

Not exactly in those terms. And nah, it wasn't the lack of naked bods that made this snap final, [He actually sounds a little irritated for a second by it passes quickly.] It was the food and drink being fake. Only thing you can turn those bars into is weapons.

Bar cakes. Better yet, fruit cakes. You can sling them like a discus. Bean some poor dude in the back of the head.

... you know that's actually pretty horrifying. I really hated the nutrition bars the last time around and that was before finding out they're all that exists.

But you know, turning them into a weapon isn't a half-bad idea. I mean if you could fashion some kind of sling and get enough momentum going I'll bet you could bounce one off someone's head hard enough to do some damage! And it's not like we'd ever be hurting for ammo.

It's better than eating them.

They're probably strong enough to make into clubs or hammers or something. We'd be doing everyone a service. Making the bars less shitty. I wonder if anyone's ever tried to burn them? Maybe we can turn them into a fuel source too.

[This is the stupidest conversation she's had in this Tower so far but right now? Right now she kind of needs this, even if she's reached an entirely new level of misery. It doubles as a reminder that at least some part of them is still human.]
