Zett shook his head firmly. "They've been doing this the whole time, Romeo."

"Doing what? I don't understand." And his voice sounded a lot less certain now.

"The things we've seen the whole time were never there. Just an illusion. We've been fooled into thinking our bodies and our rooms and everything in the tower is real when it isn't and it never was... hehe..."

Zett, for his part, sounds a lot less stable

"No. You're lying." He took a step back from the laughing figure. He must be lying, of course everything was real. Why wouldn't it be real?

"Why would I lie to you? Aren't we friends? You like me more than you like the bad people, don't you?"

"I don't know..." He stepped back, "I don't know who you are."

"You don't? I'm hurt, Romeo, you can't even recognize your own roommate."

As badly as the shock was affecting him, Zett wouldn't pursue physically. He might be forceful in getting this through to Romeo, bu - there's no way he would hurt him even when experiencing a minor bout of the crazy.

Zett? [Because he already saw Gamzee and this doesn't sound like Veigar]

[And he flung himself at the other frame wrapping his arms around him.] Zett! I don't understand.

[Zett hugged him back, hesitating to speak again.]

...We'll be okay.

But how can we be just like this, where our our bodies?

But everything on our worlds is dead. I saw it.

When people go back to their worlds, they're not frames, are they?

I don't know... I never thought they were frames like this here until today. I always thought we were peoples.
