It's me, Meiling.

[She reaches out for her friend's hand and gives it a light squeeze. Interesting...the colors do mix, she notes to herself.]

'Glamour'. Like a powerful fairy's. Or a vampire's. But this kind of technology...that's the part that I'm afraid eludes me.

[Meiling calms herself at her hand being taken and squeezed, She's found someone and things would be figured out..hopefully with less death or Admins involved. If her face could be seen, she would have a bit of a smile on her face.]

I was starting to fear I would not be able to find anyone like this.

[She will listen carefully and give a bit of a sigh.]

But if that's true...how does this all work though? I'm not sure I understand how they can...Okay..the soul thing I can..

[Putting a hand over the part where her soul resides as if it would hide it from view]

You're still yourself. You shouldn't worry so much about things like that. Anyone that knows you would be able to find you.

[Patchouli frowns a bit - or would frown, if she could.]

...I...I didn't want to believe that they could truly transplant such a precious thing as a soul into another form. But I also don't think that it matters, overly much.

What worries me...I had this 'Ruana' pinned down as a youkai. A powerful one. But I've never heard of one that had this kind of control over Outside World technology. It...it bothers me.

[All Meiling can do at first is nod because there were just no words that would come to mind, because she is worried about those things. It's like the story of the stone that would turn to gold if you did not think of camels while holding it. It just would not happen.

I didn't want to either until I saw some of it myself..and then went through it..I just wish they would have left you and Flandre out of this all.

[She pauses for the moment.]

Unless they are trying to scare us or torment us with this as a trick.

[It's clear from her voice she does not quite believe it. But hearing Patchouli sounding unsure...It has her nervous. Yes, Meiling had been there so long it shouldn't worry her too much but..Just trying to be the protector she was tasked to be so long ago.]

I don't know what she is or what she can do but...She has to have some sort of weakness or way to something..!
