It's not the same at all! If the power went out, then this happened because of a power failure. If someone just turned everything off, this could be just as much of a trick as anything else they've done to us here.

But, wouldn't that be if they were turning everything on? Off is the basic stuff.

No. You just turn everything off, and then run the voices through the speakers and turn on an illusion.
