......Hahaha like she'd ever not. Especially since teasing them about this really does seem to be taking their minds off how weird everything (and everyone) looks right now. Which can only be a positive thing, if they'd been freaked out enough to grab hold of each others' hands--and Rise is good at this kind of distraction.

SO she is totes gonna be linking arms with Luke and towing them along towards the nearest stairway. ♥]

[Luke let out a surprised noise as he was dragged along after Rise, his grip on Tear's hand tightening. He didn't want to let go of her, after all.]

H-hey, Rise, relax and take it slow, okay?

[Tear was about two seconds from getting upset, until she realized that Luke wasn't letting her go and was acutally dragging her along.

Instead of yelling, she smiled, a part of her pleased that Luke cared enough to keep her with him out of something other than necessity.]

There are still people here in the Tower who you're worried about and who you haven't found yet either, right? Well, it's the same way for me. Plus we should be safer and able to cover more ground if we all work together to search for them!

[Once Tear had gotten over her shock, she squeezed Luke's hand in return and then quickened her pace so that she was no longer being pulled along like a child.]

I still think the dorm floors are our best bet, Luke.

[Rise had looked in a few of the dorm rooms already, but she hadn't done as thorough of search as she could have done--she'd been in a hurry, just checking the rooms where she knew her friends were staying before rushing down to check other floors. Searching the dorm floors again was a good idea. Plus she hadn't been looking for Luke and Tear's friends, so she could've missed them entirely.]
