[Massive Infiltration Plot] || [Semi-Open]

Characters: All the characters who signed up for this infiltration, too many to write them all here. Characters who stay behind and do not infiltrate can tag into the mingle thread.
Setting: The Cafeteria, then the Elevator's Shaft and finally the Administrative Floors. The 29th of July, in the morning.
Format: Action most likely.

Summary: A month ago Ganondorf planned an infiltration to go and pay a visit to Riki's floor-- Given what has happened these last weeks, the 'Evil Alliance' has accepted to allow Enoch and the people he gathered to use the infiltration in order to do their own thing. Namely, retrieve scientific instruments from Jason's laboratory, so as to study the Collar Fluid. The infiltration will begin on the 1st floor, the Cafeteria.

The first thread is a traditional mingle thread, happening before the infiltration and briefing begin; anyone can tag into it. The second thread is a quick briefing before the infiltration starts, where Enoch and Ganondorf will explain to everyone what to do and what to expect in case they don't already know. Then there are the seven group threads, one for each individual team infiltrating.

Warnings: Administrative floors, danger, death, horror. Anyone tagging here is probably going to die, or at the very least meet with a terrible fate.

The door opens to what appears to be a hospital room--a large ward, with multiple empty beds and various unhooked machines and monitors.

The howling is joined by the sound of scraping and clawing, like a multitude of creatures is climbing up the elevator shaft.

"Now! Move now!" And without wasting a moment, Kain flung himself through the doors. Beds could be harmful, machines could be harmful... but those clattering, clawing things were definitely harmful. Better out in the open than in there.

Nesir nodded once at the demon and frowned as the howling turned into scraping. "Let's be going." She nodded at Kain's words and plunged herself deep into the emptiness. It woulg give her more accuracy.

She held the cable and pressed her feet up against the wall before leaping off as if the side of the elevator was a spring board, aiming straight at the open door.

Minato tried to pull himself up and give himself some extra height for the plunge. Unfortunately, with one of his arms dislocated from his shoulder and the pain he's feeling - partially numbed by the rush of adrenaline - it's rather difficult for him.

Without a care for his pride, he called out to his group.

"Help!"

He heard Minato's cry for help, and stopped himself in his flight from the elevator shaft. A hand snapped out and caught the edge of the doorway, to help halt his momentum. So they couldn't all make it out themselves. He hadn't even thought to question that the could, or worry that the others would make it or not.

Kain felt a brief bit of shame, but didn't dwell. There was no time for that. He paused to let Nesir pass and to assess the layout of the cables, sheathed the salvaged sword he carried, and then was right back in there, crawling along to where Minato hung.

"Here!" And once close enough, if there's enough time to get close enough, he'd offer a hand. If he were too busy clinging to be able to grasp it? He'd reach out and grasp instead.

Hundreds of dark, shifting creatures with thousands of eyes crawl up through the elevator shaft. They pass through anyone still inside it without incident, though, and in fact seem not to notice anyone they pass through or by at all. They're gone as quickly as they appeared.

Using his free, thankfully intact arm, Minato grabbed for Kain's hand and allowed himself to get pulled up. His tangled leg shook free, making it easier for them to get out of the elevator shaft.

...Only for the creatures to seemingly pass them by without incident. But his heart was still beating fast from the adrenaline and desire to avoid death.

"Thanks."

Zett is quick and accurate when he jumps: even for a creature with wings, he only has them some of the time, so he's had a long time to practice jumping.

"Let's hurry."

As everyone lands in the hospital ward, the lights flick on. This ward is pristine and well-maintained; it's obviously in use, although it's empty now. There's a meter on the wall that reads PR 2.

Nesir let Kain do the catching, maybe she should have figured that someone injured wouldn't be able to jump, but she hadn't and so focused instead on the eye creatures climbing up the shaft.

"Well that did be being creepy." She began to look around the room carefully.

"A little creepy."

Without his powers, Minato has his human limitations. His training couldn't match up to Kain's level, and really, his state made it difficult to escape without help.

Once they're safe for the time being, he lightly place a hand over his dislocated shoulder. Ouch, he need to set this back into place.

"...Who knows how to set a dislocated shoulder back?"

Nesir turned back to Minato and walked over to him. "I do be knowing how to be." She waited to make sure he was alright with her doing it before touching him, she had no wish to be stabbed by someone who was supposed to be an ally.

Minato nodded, granting her permission to set it back. Necessity override any of his possible discomfort, especially when they need to get going.

He can feel his connection with his Personas restored already, so it was a simple matter of healing himself and others. Just after his arm was back in place.

She was already in the emptiness so it did not take much more to go deeper, her hands were perfectly still when she reached up.

It was done in a moment and she blinked at him. "Does that be feeling better?"

Back on solid ground and relatively safe, Kain remained near the elevator door, eyes cast upwards. "Very creepy. Should we be relieved that we weren't their target?"

He was about to volunteer to assist with setting Minato's dislocated shoulder, but if Nessir was willing, he wouldn't interrupt or object. His focus instead gradually shifted to the rest of the room. And to that meter on the wall. Did that mean anything? He frowned, but kept his worries silent for the moment.

It was done fairly quickly, but Minato managed to stay relatively calm for his first time. After his shoulder's setted back into place, he gave Nessir a nod and a small, brief smile.

"Yes, thank you."

Minato quickly unsheathed his evoker, pointing it at himself and pull the trigger. Throne appeared before him, healing his leg with a healing spell. Whoever's close enough may also receive the spell's restorative effect.

He can feel his broken shin's pain disappear, but he should avoid breaking it again.

Nesir blinked as she felt energy entering her, "Your power do be being back then?" She walked over to the meter on the wall and then looked around the room. "I do no be thinking there do be being anything we can be using here."

The meter on the wall changes from two to three. The lights flicker a little--as if they were blinking.

"There may be something we can use nearby. Are we well enough to move? Then we ought to move." He had already begun to move further into the ward in search of equipment or at least a door, when the lights flickered. It made him hesitate for a moment.

Just a moment. Hesitation did not seem like a good idea, down here.

"Moving sounds really good to me right now. No use standing around getting caught or worse."

Creeping out a demon is hard work, but this place might be able to do it soon.

Nesir frowned as the number changed, but as she had no idea what it meant she just filed it away and nodded at the others' words. "Standing still do no be a good idea." She agreed and joined Kain in looking for a door.
