[Massive Infiltration Plot] || [Semi-Open]

Setting: The Cafeteria, then the Elevator's Shaft and finally the Administrative Floors. The 29th of July, in the morning.
Format: Action most likely.

Summary: A month ago Ganondorf planned an infiltration to go and pay a visit to Riki's floor-- Given what has happened these last weeks, the 'Evil Alliance' has accepted to allow Enoch and the people he gathered to use the infiltration in order to do their own thing. Namely, retrieve scientific instruments from Jason's laboratory, so as to study the Collar Fluid. The infiltration will begin on the 1st floor, the Cafeteria.

The first thread is a traditional mingle thread, happening before the infiltration and briefing begin; anyone can tag into it. The second thread is a quick briefing before the infiltration starts, where Enoch and Ganondorf will explain to everyone what to do and what to expect in case they don't already know. Then there are the seven group threads, one for each individual team infiltrating.

Warnings: Administrative floors, danger, death, horror. Anyone tagging here is probably going to die, or at the very least meet with a terrible fate.

[YEAH NOPE. Dark Pit is closing that door right away.]

[Even Sheba's judgment isn't questionable enough to try and read the minds of whatever is making those noises, though not knowing what was causing them will likely bother her for a long while to come. Oh, well.

She steps away from the door and continues up the stairs.]

I hope these go all the way up...

[The stairs appear to be looping--they pass CONTAINMENT three times.

Then, suddenly, the whole world shifts and they're standing beside RESIDENTIAL-GENERAL.]

[This... this is concerning.]

Do you think it really is what it says it is?

[It's like Pandora's Maze all over again. He only went through it when he busted out of there but still...]

[Sheba feels disoriented. Containment - containment - containment, and now...? She swallows hard and looks at the door.]

I don't know. It might be some kind of... [Her eyes go wide and her voice trails off as she studies the door, an expression of dawning comprehension passing over her face.] ...illusion...

[Why hadn't she thought of this sooner? The glamour might be too advanced to be tell, but - maybe...]

There's a kind of Psynergy I can use that might tell me if this is real or not. It might be the fooled by the glamour, but it can't hurt to try it... [She takes a step closer to the door and lays her hands on it, then concentrates. Dark Pit, being sensitive to magic, may see the rings of Psynergy that surround her briefly before expanding around them in a six-foot radius. She observes carefully to see if anything has changed now that she's cast Reveal.]

[RESIDENTIAL-GENERAL seems to be the actual label on this door. It appears to be real.]

If it looks fine, I'll open it.

[And, barring any objections from Sheba, he will.]

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

[When he opens the door, she gathers the stolen books back into her arms, hugs them to her chest, and peeks through it to see what's on the other side - if all looks clear, she'll step through.]

[The door opens to what could only be described as a living room, complete with several couches and chairs and a high-tech television set on the wall across from the largest couch. There's an archway that leads to a dining room, as well as a hallway directly opposite.

There are shuffling noises coming from the direction of the dining room.]

[Dark Pit slides past Sheba and hugs the wall, tilting his head to indicate that she should follow him. He's more the combat type, anyway. He creeps towards the dining room.]

[She nods and slides after him. She doesn't pause, but as she follows, a ball of light emerges from her chest and takes on the form of a Jupiter Djinni, which circles around her twice before vanishing in a haze of vapors. Sheba vanishes from Dark Pit's sight - she figures if they do get caught, this way she can provide the element of surprise.]

[As they get closer, it's evident someone is humming--probably in the kitchen, which is just beyond the dining room. It sounds like a child.]

[alae]

[... Yeah, that's definitely not Ruana, and it's not Jason, and it's not Riki. Dark Pit starts creeping through the dining room too, trying to stick to the shadows.]

[Sheba lets out a breath she hadn't been aware she was holding. By all rights she should be suspicious of anything and anyone they find down here, but the child humming - it doesn't sound dangerous. She's a little more relaxed (though still invisible) as she creeps after Dark Pit into the dining room, glancing back and forth to scan the area.]

[Zo can be seen in the kitchen through the dining room, pouring some sort of red drink into a cup and humming cheerfully. He's not looking at the dining room for now.]

[Dark Pit looks to Sheba. He's no good at diplomacy, he's good at hitting things. What do?]

[Sheba flickers back into view as Dark Pit looks to her, and she bites her lip as she considers their options. On the one hand, Zo's one of the nicer administrators; on the other, he's... still and administrator.

...but he's also the one most likely to help them, and so she nods, clearing her throat to get his attention.]

Zo?

[She keeps her voice soft, not wanting to startle him.]

[Zo does look startled, though--he nearly drops his drink as he whirls around to face the dining room.]

Go back upstairs!

[He sounds plaintive, really.]

[alae]

At this point, I think we would if we could.

[Though if they can raise more hell for Jason along the way, sure, why not?]

Oh! Sorry...

[She looks apologetic for startling him, but then she nods in agreement with Dark Pit as she tightens her hold on the books.]

We'd like to do that. We're sort of... lost, right now. [Well, that's one way of putting it.] Which is the fastest way up from here?

[animusnpcs]

How'd you get down if you can't get back up? [Zo seems edging on some sort of personal panic.] I can take you back up. You'll really just go?

[alae]

We kind of fell.

[It's true! Also. Sort of.]

... Yeah. You okay?

[He wouldn't be concerned, but if one of the administrators is panicked, then something serious is going down.]

[seekinganswers]

It was sort of an accident...

[Like Dark Pit, she notes Zo's panic; and, like Dark Pit, she is concerned.] We didn't mean to scare you. We'd just really like to find the way back up, if that's okay.

...are you alright, Zo?

[animusnpcs]

I'm okay, but--you're down here! [He pauses to calm himself down a little.] I'm supposed to punish you, if I find you. But if you just fell...?

[He seems confused as to how they fell, but doesn't seem to want to ask.]

I can take you up, but--you didn't see me, and I didn't see you, and I didn't know you were down here or how you got down here or anything.
