[Dark World Event] || [The Evil Realm] || [Open] || [2/3]
Characters: Anyone who signed up for the Dark World Plot! Look at tag list for more details.
Setting: The 4th and 5th of March. Located in the Cursed Floors + Ganon's Tower (Floors 6, 7, 8, 12, 62, 65, 68, 70, 73 and 79 + Floor 75).
Format: Most likely action but left at the players's discretion.
Summary: Your character somehow got trapped in the Forest Floor of the Tower-- And it looks nothing like the Forest Floor the characters remember. It's the beginning of the Dark World. Some floors look pretty different from what they did before, some nearly identical. The only way to get out is to go through the dungeons that make up this Dark World.
All characters start out in the Dark Forest, then as they go throughout the forest, they magically walk into one of the three dungeons (the one they have been assigned to). By exploring the dungeons, they will acquire one of the three Pendants that lead to the Core of the Curse, from where the cursed floors can be ended. However, Richtofen is there and happy to make sure that won't be that easy.
Mingle threads are simply for Mingle, whereas the exploration of the dungeons, puzzles, etc happens in the Exploration threads. OOC information here.
Warning: While your character may survive fine and all, the dark world is a dangerous place with lots of monsters and puzzles to solve. Characters may get harmed or killed, but that is left to the players's discretion. Characters going through the water of temple may lose their patienceand sanity.
Arrival in the Dark World
Here are simply listed the three different ways your characters may have gotten dragged into the Dark World. Note this can be a combination of many of these ways, feel free to pick how your characters arrived in!
• The character may simply have been present on the floor when Ganondorf cursed it. That's really… Bad luck? If that is how it happened, the character would have been immediately transported into the Dark Forest Floor. If they arrived before the 4th of March, they would have been unable to leave this floor for three days. Which may be pretty unnerving.
• The character may have been caught by a floormaster or wallmaster somewhere throughout the tower, and cast into the Dark World. Floormasters and Wallmasters are gigantic and creepy black, red or purple hands that come out from either the floor or the ceiling and take characters to another part of the tower, point in case the Dark Forest.
• They character may have found one of the black doorsof Mordor leading into the cursed floors. Out of luck, a creepy black hand similar to that of wallmaster could have come out of from the door and have dragged them in.
• The last option is the simplest, Ganondorf hided in the shadows and cast a spell on you that teleported you right into the Dark Forest. This option is mostly directed to those who have past history with Ganondorf or who are known to be close of Princess Zelda, Link and Tetra.

It looks as though there are very strings of lava flowing over the mountain, but they is enough space between each of them so that someone cannot walk into them accidentally. Unless they are thrown into them by the powerful winds that circles the mountain.
Or by one of the numerous monsters roaming around the mountain. People with good eyes will be able to see there are many Uruk-Hai and Darknut on the path to the mountaintop, as well as some lesser species of monsters. ]

His free hand clench into a fist at the sight, the other tightens even more around his Keyblade, until his knuckles are white beneath his gloves. Those aren't opponents he likes facing, ones that have forced him to retreat on occasion. There is no getting around it here though, probably, and those are definitely way too many for him to face alone.
He sighs and forces himself to relax a little as he waits to see who else shows up for this part of the adventure. They'll have to work together to get out alive, he can tell that much already.]

Just like in the forest, he's got his Keyblade out and ready to strike at any monsters that cross his path. Despite the unfamiliar terrain, he's willing to put up his best fight.
There has to be a way out of this mess...]

He waves once with his free hand when he spots the other, taking a step towards him.]
I think we should wait to see if anyone else turns up in this direction. I don't think we'll want to face all that alone.
[He jerks his head towards the spot he's just stood on that had allowed a good, and safe, view on what's going on further down the road.]

[He follows his double's gaze, bringing his free hand to his forehead and squinting. Yikes...]
I just wonder how many others got dragged here. We can't be the only ones, right?

[At least this place has monsters he can tear apart. With that thought in mind, he charges toward them.]

It glows, pale and shimmering. Now they have added resistance to physical and magical attacks. It's helpful, and Sephiroth likes to help. With that in mind, he leaps up, swinging his sword in an arc, severing one of the Uruk-Hai's head from its body.]

[Riku snorts as he watches Lancer rush into the fray. But who's he to sit on the sidelines? Rather than watch, he slips right after him, hurling his weapon into one of the beasts.]

How many of you thick bastards do I gotta roast before you get the damn point?!
[Without waiting for an answer he sends one of the bulkier monsters flying into the sky with a blast of concentrated fire to help them along for the ride. He likes to call that the monster firework punch. No really he's serious.]

He has keen eyesight, and the monsters he sees ahead are of interest to him. His sword is unsheathed and bright, the Materia in its blade glowing softly. The mountain might not seem like a place for children, but this one is certainly confident.]

The heat settles upon him like a shroud as soon as he arrives from the forest, practically tangible in how it seems to weigh down his every movement. Raven swallows down a curse and focuses on getting past the sluggish, heavy feeling in his limbs, forcing himself to move, to stay active and alert, and more importantly seek out any others who might be in the area, because taking on that number of monsters alone would be foolish.
He stands at the ready with sword in hand, but to any observers, he might not seem in the best of conditions.
It doesn't seem to hamper him much, at least.]
no subject
[The sluggish movements definitely catch Riku's eye. While he doesn't know Raven, he'd have to be stupid to ignore him at a time like this. The monsters probably outnumber everyone here. Fighting alone really is foolish, and he and his double already decided to stick around to catch any stragglers.
Riku comes equipped with a Key-shaped weapon. It might not look practical, but it's got its perks. If nothing else, at least he's armed.]

Tch. [The noise Raven makes upon being addressed is disdainful, sure, but it seems to be directed more at his own limitations than anything. Having found other people, he makes a point of testing out his left arm, willing the robotic limb to respond properly.]
Thanks, but no, just... give me a moment. You don't need to worry about me. Not when there are bigger issues to be dealt with. [His words are accompanied by a glance over at the monsters up the mountain.]

It usually seems like this helps when people are overheating...Are you all right? Is there anything else I can do to help?

...He's not entirely sure why it keeps happening, but he'll deal with it in his own way.
Having made his way over to the volcano by himself, he immediately starts fiddling with his cellphone. The heat doesn't seem to bother him at all, even though for once he's taken off his jacket and tied it around his waist. His tuque is haphazardly shoved into one of his pockets...but he's not breaking a sweat. Yet. No, all Jungo is doing is fiddling with his cellphone. The demon summoning should still work just fine...and once he confirms that, he slides his cellphone back into his other pocket.
Now, it's just time to find someone he might be able to pair up with...there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to go, but he's expecting something to come out at some point. He'll just approach the first person he sees...]

However, as he climbed up, he found a large group waiting for someone..and started rushing towards him.
Quickly, he jumped up and send a large boulder of ice at them.
Feel free to jump in and help.]

She hates it.
She hates it hates it hates it hates it-
And maybe for the first time in her life, she acts like a proper horrorterror, shifting straight into her more planty form and making with the attack vines. She's angry. She didn't think she could be this angry, but here she is. Angry.
Damn this Tower...!]

He's not exactly enthused by the addition of howling winds and monster hordes, but this is still the volcano, and he is quite literally in his element here.]

Hello again. [Here's a human who isn't too bothered by the heat so far.] When did you get here?

Maze castle was hell to begin with and now this place was just ten times as bad. He sensed it more than saw it, the things around him. He didn't like it and he didn't want to be involved in it but what choice did he have? Kuwabara was stuck trying to find his way out, whether he could or not. ]
Dammit...this ain't funny.
