Characters: Anyone who signed up for the Dark World Plot! Look at tag list for more details.
Setting: The 4th and 5th of March. Located in the Cursed Floors + Ganon's Tower (Floors 6, 7, 8, 12, 62, 65, 68, 70, 73 and 79 + Floor 75).
Format: Most likely action but left at the players's discretion.
Summary: Your character somehow got trapped in the Forest Floor of the Tower-- And it looks nothing like the Forest Floor the characters remember. It's the beginning of the Dark World. Some floors look pretty different from what they did before, some nearly identical. The only way to get out is to go through the dungeons that make up this Dark World.

All characters start out in the Dark Forest, then as they go throughout the forest, they magically walk into one of the three dungeons (the one they have been assigned to). By exploring the dungeons, they will acquire one of the three Pendants that lead to the Core of the Curse, from where the cursed floors can be ended. However, Richtofen is there and happy to make sure that won't be that easy.

Mingle threads are simply for Mingle, whereas the exploration of the dungeons, puzzles, etc happens in the Exploration threads. OOC information here.

Warning: While your character may survive fine and all, the dark world is a dangerous place with lots of monsters and puzzles to solve. Characters may get harmed or killed, but that is left to the players's discretion. Characters going through the water of temple may lose their patience and sanity.


Arrival in the Dark World
Here are simply listed the three different ways your characters may have gotten dragged into the Dark World. Note this can be a combination of many of these ways, feel free to pick how your characters arrived in!

• The character may simply have been present on the floor when Ganondorf cursed it. That's really… Bad luck? If that is how it happened, the character would have been immediately transported into the Dark Forest Floor. If they arrived before the 4th of March, they would have been unable to leave this floor for three days. Which may be pretty unnerving.

• The character may have been caught by a floormaster or wallmaster somewhere throughout the tower, and cast into the Dark World. Floormasters and Wallmasters are gigantic and creepy black, red or purple hands that come out from either the floor or the ceiling and take characters to another part of the tower, point in case the Dark Forest.

• They character may have found one of the black doors of Mordor leading into the cursed floors. Out of luck, a creepy black hand similar to that of wallmaster could have come out of from the door and have dragged them in.

• The last option is the simplest, Ganondorf hided in the shadows and cast a spell on you that teleported you right into the Dark Forest. This option is mostly directed to those who have past history with Ganondorf or who are known to be close of Princess Zelda, Link and Tetra.

[A voice can be heard in all parts of the forest, though it's coming from no direction in particular. Some may be able to identify the voice - male, German-accented, a tad high-pitched and with a slight lisp - as belonging to Richtofen.]

Are you all ready to start? Finally? Ugh, you're so boring! Less talky-talky, more walky-walky, ja?

Ricky? Hey, where are you, this is totally boring, it looks like you're the only one around here who knows how to have fun!

[Richtofen's voice centers more around the area where Lambdadelta is, though he still can't be seen anywhere.]

Oh, Fräulein Lambda! How nice to see you here. Don't you mind me, I'm just getting used to being omnipotent.

[stalemates]

--Did you become a witch? Do we get to go to parties together now?

[Oh man that would be so awesome - what kind of witch would he even be...]

[Richtofen chuckles fondly.]

No, not exactly... Though parties do sound fun.

[stalemates]

Aww, that's too bad...but hey, if you ever want to be, let me know, I'll totally sponsor you!

I appreciate your consideration, but I am having plenty of fun the way I am now.

[And after that small bit of levelheadedness, Richtofen bursts into loud, grating laughter.]

I am so powerful! This is the best thing that's ever happened to me, ahh, wunderbar!

[stalemates]

[Oh, well, she'll just laugh right along with him!]

I'm glad you're having fun! Wherever you are, I'm gonna come find you, so don't go anywhere, okay?

[doctor_dismemberment]

I'm looking forward to it!

...But, I can't tell you where I am. [He chuckles lightly.] That would ruin the fun, I'm sure you understand.

[stalemates]

Everything's better if it's a surprise. Just watch, I'll find you before you even know it - watch out~

[doctor_dismemberment]

Trust me, Fräulein, I will be watching.

[A beat.]

...Everywhere, all at once! Ahahahaha!

[And then he loses himself to crazy laughter once more.]

[stalemates]

[Aah, it does her heart good to hear her friend having so much fun with something she's so familiar with herself...]

Maybe I'll even bring you a present, does schnapps made of some monster organs sound good?

[doctor_dismemberment]

[Richtofen gasps, and his voice gets incredibly high-pitched.]

Ein present, just for me? [And then he sing-songs:] Wooooooonderfuuuuuuul!

[Truly the picture of intimidation. Everyone in the Dark World should feel just great about being at this guy's mercy.

In a more normal, but still incredibly jubilant tone, he goes on talking.]

Three days spent attempting to hone an unimaginable amount of power just leaves you so thirsty.

[stalemates]

Just for you!

[While talking to him she's started wandering around again, might as well chat and look for a way to get to him at the same time!]

You'll have to tell me all about your new power too, okay?

[doctor_dismemberment]

Oh, I won't just tell you...

[The leaves to Lambdadelta's left rustle. A few branches snap as a zombie tears its way through the forest toward her. It gives a screech and it's moving fast, teeth bared and gnarled hands raised, but there's only one.]

...I'll show you!

[stalemates]

[She claps her hands, laughing.]

Oh, finally! This place has been so boring! Thank you, Ricky, you're the best friend anyone could have...!

[She raises a hand, as if directing an invisible knife through the zombie. She cuts its stomach open first, then slits its neck, before cutting off its legs and finally bounding right over to stick a piece of candy in its mouth. As soon as she steps away, it explodes.]

[doctor_dismemberment]

[About halfway through, Richtofen starts laughing. He doesn't stop until well after the zombie has exploded.]

Ja! Ja, wunderbar! I have not been entertained like that in a long time! Ahh, you are much better at fighting than those stupid brutes back at home.

[He hums in appreciation and softens his voice.]

Mmm, look at all of those body parts everywhere...

[stalemates]

[Lambda giggles, pushing a foot through the guts on the ground.]

Do you want me to bring you any bits~?

[doctor_dismemberment]

[There's a pregnant pause, as if Richtofen's seriously considering her offer. Finally, he speaks, though he still sounds conflicted about it.]

Ehhh... Nein. I am sure there will be plenty more bits along the way. [And then he goes on in a groaning whisper (though, due to the nature of how his voice is being broadcast, it's not exactly that quiet):] So many pretty little tiny pieces of flesh...

[stalemates]

Aww, I can hear it in your voice, you wanna say yes, it's no problem for me! I can bring you a piece of everything I kill, okay?

[So she bends down to root through the pieces of zombie, eventually finding a kidney that looks unharmed, and summons up a wicker basket to start carrying body parts in.]

[doctor_dismemberment]

[Richtofen sniffles as if he's been overcome with emotion.]

Oh, Fräulein Lambda, you are so thoughtful! [His voice actually sounds tender. Figures it would be over something like body parts.] I am glad we are friends.

[And then, under his breath, so quietly that his voice hardly even echoes, he adds:] ...Make sure you get lots of spleens.

[stalemates]

Aw, don't mention it, we'll have tea with spleens as soon as I find you!

How delicious! I'll make sure to send lots of my little friends after you, then.

[stalemates]

Oh, please, please, pleeease do! Zombies are so much more fun! I want to kill each one in a different way~!!
