Summary: While Naoya gets the reveal started on the network, Enoch takes care of physical copies.

*There's something different about the tower today. Not in a big way, not like the power or glamours are out. For one thing, everyone with a mailbox will get this note, unsigned:

Souls in our world are defined as the self. Even those without anything that can be considered a soul in their own worlds would manifest one here. Souls are extremely resilient - they can be torn out of their body and survive provided they are removed in the right manner. But they shouldn't be of course - the side effects might be disastrous in ways we can't quite understand. It's happened here before. Souls can be torn out of this world the same as in any other. Here though they can split - that's extremely important. They can split and merge if you have the right skillset. Never lose your soul in the Tower of Animus. None of yours are yet lost - but never lose it! They won't come back whole if you let her swallow them up. The power must have gone by now - she'll want to restore the tower. Everyone who ended up trapped on their own worlds is now in grave danger! She can't take souls as Zo can, but she can siphon them and she can squeeze all the energy out of them.

As soon as this message is decoded put it in as many places as possible! Put it on the network make copies and plaster them on the walls. Do everything you can so that as many people read this message as possible. There isn't enough energy to erase everyone's memories!

Remember - souls born here can be split and reabsorbed here. A soul born elsewhere can be split there, but there's no way to put it back together unless you can put it back where it's supposed to be.

Not everything is as fake as it seems. Your souls are here and you have all been drugged to keep certain aspects of yourselves contained but every part of you is here. You can use that against them if you can figure out how to unchain yourselves. I'm afraid you'll have Jason as your first opponent as he's the one with the keys you need. Be careful! There is information everywhere though much of it has been nearly permanently sealed. I can make it possible for you to access it, although you will all have to unlock it.

If that wasn't strange enough, you've probably seen it already. The same message is posted throughout the tower - on bathroom stalls, on walls, on tables. There are easily over a hundred pieces of paper.

And hey... Isn't that the same note "the Observer" put up on the network yesterday evening?*

*You might catch Enoch still putting them up, actually, on the lower levels of the tower. He's been working his way down, after all. He looks like he's been attacked by monsters along the way; his armor's left neck guard and that half of the breastplate are gone, along with the glove on that side, and there's a wound on his upper arm he's wrapped in gauze.

Arturia could be found in the library, a pile of papers around her and her pen working frantically to copy all the information down. This needed to get out as soon as possible. If enough people knew, the Administrators would not be able to act.

Not if people kept getting told after memories inevitably got erased.

Or you might catch her actually posting these up on the various floors, regardless on if there is a posting already there or not. She is keeping hers strictly to the stairwell, however, as that are the most common places people use.

Six are going up in the cafeteria and media floor, however.

Arturia wasn't alone. With the initial copy he made in hand, Yu was about to move to sit down as well.

"Need a hand with that?" Literally, too, as he had a pen in his hand and a few more sheets of paper he'd brought from elsewhere.

[ Avenger certainly didn't care about sharing the revealing information with the rest of the Tower since there were already plenty of people taking care of it or offering his help in any manner, but Naoya, as the man he'd formed a contract had requested it of him, and since he hadn't worded it as a strict command, the Servant had chosen to heed the request. His master had provided the copies of unsigned notes to plaster onto the walls. Each one was a copy of the message posted on the network.

He'd helped in writing them down as well. The kanji he used for his handwriting was neat and easy to read.

It's difficult, but not impossible to catch Avenger busy at work, a stack of notes (some had evidently been dropped onto the ground, dirtied or gotten rumpled on the way) tucked under his arm as he moves through the Tower. ]

[Naoya's also at work, moving faster than he usually does. It's taking a bit of mana, but he wants this sort of information up fast.]

[Avenger will be able to sense a near-glee as he does it, though.]

'It's been some time since I engaged in wars of pure propaganda and intelligence. It's refreshing.'

[Around the Tower]

[While Zoe hadn't replied to the message, she had seen it and was quick to start working on making copies of the message. So having got a pile of paper for herself, she can either be found writing down copies, and yes there is also sometimes a floating pen working on making copies with her too, or pasting up copies onto the walls of the tower, the pile of papers floating next to her or in her arms.]

[Taiki had dutifully copied out the message, writing was something he could do to help, though he still didn't really understand what the message said. He understood enough though, that they were in danger of losing their souls and everyone on their worlds were in big trouble.

He jumped as a piece of paper floated by him, and he looked around for whoever was controlling it.]

Lina can be found moving from place to place with a paper in-hand, and finding any large, flat surface she can - and posting the message up with magic. Each one takes some time, since she has to do it in chunks, as the marker spell wasn't quite intended for elaborate graffiti. As time goes on, though, she is getting quicker about doing it as she memorizes the message more and more.

Zel's already seen the message everywhere, starting from when it popped up on a terminal as he walked past, and continuing as the rest of the tower occupants frantically covered everything in site with that text. He even has his own copy, folded up neatly and stashed in one of his pockets.

When he spots Lina flashing the marker spell all over the place, he stands well out of marking range with his arms folded.

"The pasted notices were one thing, but I'm not surprised that you're using a far more obnoxious way to spread this message around."

[Well this is ... new. Wriggle floats through the tower, curiously watching anyone who happens to pass by. It wasn't uncommon for people to suddenly start acting erratically or to start panicking but this seems different than usual. Everyone was writing or hanging poster or sending letters or some variation thereof]

[And there's Prussia nearby, with his own sheet of the information in hand.]

Yeah, something really big. Have you checked your mailbox? If not, you can read this. You might have to read it a few times to really understand it, though. [Prussia shows Wriggle his piece of paper.]

[Xion is very upset. Xion is very upset. Her hands shake as she reads the note that had been stuffed in her mailbox. By the time she finishes, her hands grip it so tightly that it tears a little beneath her fingers.

Even those without anything that can be considered a soul in their own worlds would manifest one here.

So what did that mean for her? Had she ever really had anything of her own? A soul here wasn't really a soul back home. She's not herself. She really wasn't. What she'd seen with the glasses England had gotten on the first... Perhaps she'd been fooling herself to think so anyway. Who even knew anymore?

Everyone who ended up trapped on their own worlds is now in grave danger!

How many Axels had come and gone since she'd arrived? How many Roxases? All of the Turks. Elena. Reno. All of them were in danger now. Danger she'd helped cause. Danger that Ruana wanted to visit upon them.

She wants to tear it up, wants to rip it to pieces and light them on fire until there aren't even ashes. But she can't. This is too important. Too many people need to see this. Besides... she'll probably want to look at it more closely later. Find clues. Something.

But for now...

Furious tears dot the paper as she sinks knees, paper still clenched so tightly in her hands it's a wonder it doesn't dear further.]

[Around the Tower]

[She's slapping up posters on some of the floors she frequents, particularly the lounge floors, and the workroom floors, particularly the one with the fabric.

To those who know her, it's probably one of the few times that she's actually felt and looked visibly angry. To those who don't, there's a furious (seemingly) sixteen year-old with black hair roughly tacking up posters. Bother?]

[Shion isn't actually angry. He's not sure if he is numb or just accepting of this new news but when you have already accepted that everything you know is false, and that not even your memories are safe from those that control you this added information did not add much.

He had known his friends were in danger, Ruana had practically said so, they would die in a year or she would make them be trapped on their world, a threat. Meaning something bad would happen there, or an eternity of solitude.

He takes the note from his mailbox and heads out, to copy them, when he sees Xion.

For once it is he running towards her to wrap arms around her] Xion...

[ The good thing about working in the workshop? Blueprint paper! Sertoria has the message displayed through her visor on a blank wall in front of her and is furiously writing down the message on the back of the paper itself.

Those around may ask what she's up to or would you want to help her write the message she has displayed? ]

[ See that android zipping past? No? Well, you may want to look again because she is going rather fast. Noticeably, however, she seems to be missing her "bracelets" today. She puts up several posters on the dormitory floors and on the doors themselves. You may also get one slipped under your door, too.

Don't worry, she won't knock you over! ]

Cafeteria

[Sephiran was pretty much just observing the hustle and bustle after posting his copy of the message somewhere nondescript. However, when he saw the busy android putting up papers around, he couldn't help but ask her a question.]

Where did you get all those papers? I only received one.

[ You would be able to find Ganondorf in the library, looking at the message that popped up on the terminal with interest and a little bit of disgust as well. He sent no replies to it, however. Nor would he be going so low as to copy this message and post it everywhere. ]

[ Which prompted one simple question: why should they care? As if any of them truly cared about the lost ones. All they care about are their own being, yet they all pretend to care about people they barely know, if they even know who they are at all. The hypocrisy he could see in the replies was sickening to him ]

Drugged souls... Split... [He said as he started walking away from the terminal, pondering about this all.] ...

[Sephiroth had already determined that there was no need for him to spread the news. Most people would view it on the terminals, and enough of them would tell others that it would not require a great deal of work. The Tower population was neither so large nor so scattered.

It would not be a productive use of his time, although the news of the announcement had given him much to consider.

He wasn't particularly worried about the souls of others, as strategically, they were not relevant, and he had no emotional attachments. More interesting to him was the question: if every part of him was here, did that mean he could find his missing memories? What else might he be missing?

As he considered this thought, he caught sight of Ganondorf. He remembered him from the meeting. He might be a good ally.]

Hello. [He greeted him politely.] Clearly we must act quickly to obtain these keys. This transmission indicates weakness on the part of the administrators.

[This was Sephiroth's version of small talk.]

[How's Waver choosing to reproduce this message, you might ask?]

[Strangely, he seemed to be drawing a simple geometric pattern--some kind of circle--on a table. Placing a small stack of papers on it before taking the ink cartridge out of the pen in his hand. He glanced to it for a second as though not entirely sure this would work. But it was worth a shot, he seemed to conclude.]

[Holding his hand out and the cartridge along with it, Waver started muttering under his breath. A pale green light began to emanate from the magic circle he'd drawn with the faintest breeze kicking up as black ink left the pen and sank into the papers--inscribing the message on each of them in haphazard but legible writing.]

...Well. Can't say I expected that to work. Or be at all readable, for that matter. [He probably couldn't do that a second time given a solid year to practice. And certainly not in large amounts.]

Fervor mei sanguis. [Liquid mercury spilled from a vial in his other hand before taking the three-dimensional silhouette of a...girl in a maid uniform? Waver handed her half the papers and sent her off in one direction, taking the rest in another direction himself.]

[ Oh, is that... magic? Sort of?

Madoka sees the green light, and as eerie as the Tower is, the strange circle is eerier, plus the weird language things she doesn't recognize seem a little like Mami-san's attacks that she calls out. Intrigued, Madoka wanders over, trying to keep as quietly as she can while the other man works. It wouldn't do to disturb him at work. She'd only get in his way.

That doesn't stop her from trying to get a better look, however, and needless to stay, stumbles. ] Aah-!

[Everyone else seems to have the traditional methods covered well enough, and he hasn't the time to spare on finding his own writing materials in the rush that's engulfed the Tower.

So instead, he passes slowly through the lower floors as if to marvel at all the commotion, every once in a while stopping to seemingly catch his breath as he uses one of the walls for support.

When he leaves though, left behind is the network message, written into the walls in brightly glowing fonic script.

The Cathedral, in specific, has an particularly brilliant display, perhaps as a reminder.]

[Sam blinked at the man, and the glowing script before looking at the papers in his own. He had copied the message, feeling ill at the implications. What would this mean for Frodo? Gandalf who he had also learned was gone. He had found his friends just to see them plunged into further danger] Well that makes my contribution seem like nothing.

[He's speaking to himself, not realising anyone is there still]

As soon as Tohko found the message on the network and typed up her replies, she would run back to her dorm room..only to return to the third floor library with a notebook to copy down the whole message and some tape she had swiped from the fifteenth floor. As usual, Ivan was following her, so as Tohko put up one of the copies of the message on one of the bookshelves, an idea came to mind.

"Ivan, I'm sorry about this!" With that, another copy of the message was made and stuck..to the front of Ivan's chest.

With that done, Tohko would be running all over the Tower, scribbling and putting up copies of the message wherever she could, with Ivan trailing behind her as usual. While she was very quick with her scribbling, she kept biting her lip as she ran and wrote. She..wasn't feeling well about the fact that her family and friends might have been eaten already.

For the final place, Tohko had managed to ditch Ivan before running into the graveyard. A lot of people would probably be coming here, now that they found out that their friends and family might very well be dead. While she felt that it was a little rude to put a message on the graves, she did put up a copy of the message outside the floor before running into the graveyard and sitting in front of Ryuto's grave, hugging her knees to her chest, with her tools right in front of her.

This was just too much. She needed to rest..and a good cry, which she..would start to do quietly.

[The messages nailed Riku dead center. Everyone who's left... both Kairis, all the others from their world... Yeah, the possibility that they'll become living batteries has left him on edge.

He may not have messages to paste around, but he's exploring the Graveyard just in case. It never hurts to see who else has come and gone. When he spots Tohko, however, he puts his own plans on hold and heads in her direction.]

Looks like you've seen better days.

[It's said softly, without contempt. He understands sorrow when he sees it. Even he's got a sinking feeling; he's just trying his hardest to keep it all locked up for now.]

[She's not going to think about the implications of the message - not for herself, anyway. She's already been down that road once and has no strong desire to be hauled around like a kitten again.

So instead, she's ambling around with flyers and whatever adhesives she can find, sticking at least one flyer onto a wall on each floor.

Go right ahead and bother her - and yes, she's still using a crutch. Someone is stubborn.]

[There's a high-pitched keening noise, and Kariya isn't aware of what the source of it is, although to anyone else, it will be obvious it's coming from him. It hurts his head, and he can't think. He's kneeling with his face in his hands, and blood drips steadily from his open mouth and the breaks in his too-thin skin as tears slide down his face.

It's not as if he can help distribute the fliers. He only has one arm left, and his one remaining hand is strained and weak.

He can't do anything. Not even the most important thing, what he'd set out to do before any of this had happened: save Sakura.

Sakura.

She's everything to him, and she could be gone, permanently. Her very soul could die, and what can he do to help her? He has to do something, but nothing's coming to him. He can't think clearly. He barely knows where he is. His thoughts are incoherent, his mind churning. His head is in a fog, his temples and his heart pounding, and it's all he can do not to start retching as the worms inside him, reacting to his heightened emotional state, slither through his body, their teeth cutting painfully into his flesh. He tastes blood and bile. He's supposed to stay calm, but he can't be. How can he be calm at a time like this?]

[Well, this isn't what he wants to see coming back into his room. In the blink of an eye, Lancer has rushed to Kariya's side.]

[Minato saw the message on the network, as well as the many same copies of it around the Tower. He didn't reply to the post, choosing to copy the message and start working.

Minato can be found on various floors with copies he made (and some by others), putting them up at where people can see it. On the more dangerous floors, one of his Personas can be seen standing--or floating for some of them--protectively near him.

As time went on, he's notably a little tired looking, but he keep on moving. Well, until he went down and take a break in the cafeteria.]

[Or he does, until a zap of lightning fries it to a crisp. Ken's standing on the stairs, behind Minato.]

[While Tohko was not having a good time of taping up messages on the walls of the Tower, she couldn't help but smile a little when she saw someone putting a flier on one of the drones. Ivan, Tohko's stalker unit was a few feet behind her, wearing his paper hat and nametag..as well as a newly-taped message to his chest.]

It looks like great minds think alike.

[The amount of self-control it had taken Terra to not set that note on fire was impressive. As it was, his hands were still shaking from reading it, emotions still a chaotic mess inside of him.

Aqua. Ven. Master Eraqus. His own younger self. So many had left the tower, from his set of worlds and countless others. None of those souls deserved... deserved that. (okay, maybe Xehanort, but that's a big 'maybe')

So, there's a figure in a black coat with armor on the left arm going around the floors, posting a shakily-copied version of that letter wherever he finds a place for it - more difficult than some would think, considering all the other copies of that same letter he is seeing, but he's managing well enough.

To the discerning eye, his body language is very tightly controlled, but his shoulders are trembling slightly when stops to place a copy on a wall or terminal. He's probably very close to losing it entirely.

Losing what though... that's another question.]

[It's the middle of the night on the forest floor. The monsters are out, as per the usual.

There is also someone tearing into those monsters without much time for a pause. Flames of darkness are getting tossed about like they're going out of style, and a dark purple aura surrounds the fighter in question - a man in head-to-toe red, black, and bronze plate armor.

What's a little different is that this fighter isn't using a Keyblade like one would expect if they had seen him previously--he seems to be hacking away at the swarming mutated Heartless with a ridiculously-large two-handed sword.

Or is it a chain whip?

3 - outside room 3-04

[Terra is finally - finally - back at his room, exhausted from the fighting and letting his anger burn. Unfortunately, with the anger gone, the fear and helplessness have overtaken him.

Curled up as he is against the wall just outside the door, the glow of his Wayfinder can clearly be seen.]

[There is what appears to be a ridiculously unconcerned girl in a white dress nearby. She's busy tacking flyers onto the trees - gently of course. Really it's more like taping them, because actually tacking them on would result in the tree getting hurt.

And she wouldn't hurt her own kind.

When she sees the stranger, she tilts her head and decides to call out:] Hello?

[Wait, he is fighting monsters- oh right. Not the best time to initiate conversation. She doesn't like fighting, but... There are now vines racing out to impale some of the monsters for you, Terra.]

[Option #1]
[Having copied the entirety of the research Dax had left behind on a piece of paper he'd kept on his person, (Of course, in his native tongue - despite what the tower tried to translate it to. Some things and footnotes are always lost in translation, like feelings and multiple meanings.), he sat there at the terminal for the longest time, reading everything he could from the entry as things escalated with Jason responding as well. It took some time for him to get his fake body to even begin moving away from it as he took in the information, trying as well as he could to engrave the information into his very soul.

Their "selves" were still theirs.

Their powers were real - but they are being drugged to suppress them.

Ruana was going to use the souls of those who'd gone to their destroyed worlds to wait out an eternity to power this tower.

She was going to use their friends to continue to power this hell, and threatened to use them as well.]

Min'na......

Something in his gut twisted, yet was ablaze at the same time. Ruana was going to stop at nothing, like a spoiled brat who wasn't getting her way. It made him sick in a way, and more determined in another. Without much thought, he too was going to copy this letter even more. Perhaps then it would silence Alice's giddy voice.

'Oh, dear... I do believe this may have been our fault. Teehee! Oh, how I'm going to enjoy our playdate with Mr. Jason!'

All in due time, Alice. All in due time.]

[Option #2]

[Soon enough, more copies of Dax's words are covering the walls. There are no clues as to who wrote them - aside for the mask and tower sketched into the corners of some of them. Though perhaps you may be lucky enough to spot the young adult in the grey glasses placing them up one by one, a short blond girl by his side on more dangerous floors.]

[Option #3]

[However, he stops briefly on the graveyard floor. Yes, he knows that their wireframes aren't there - he's known for a long while. However, the names, all the names of those he's met and had left - friend, foe, and acquaintance...

He stops to place a hand on little Nanako's gravestone, holding back the sob as he places a fresh flower next to it, looking to the name next to it. Something in the way his face grows serious, how he then straightens himself before bowing...

'I'm sorry, oji-san... I wasn't able to protect her while she was here. I let her leave alone, as I did with you...'

He won't cry, won't show his own brief bit of grief... No, because he has work to do.

'Lend me your strength - the strength to keep getting up no matter how many times we may fall. For everyone's sakes.'

Don't worry; he has plenty of graves to stop at. Those of the Investigation Team of many timelines and parallel universes, especially.]

[ While Sertoria is busy distributing the messages to every accessible and safe floor, she makes a detour for the graveyard. She's not sure why she's doing this, but it seems right.

The android walks through the lines and lines of grave markers, taking a notice of Marty's before she perks up, taking a notice of Yu. A relieved smile spreads across her face and she gets up to join him at the grave he's at. ]

It has been some time, has it not, Yu?

on the graveyard floor;

[You will find Yukiko down at the graveyard, too. Her arms are full of flowers, and it's clear she's been visiting everyone whose name is familiar - and everyone who doesn't have a flower, too.

But right now, she's knelt down in front of one of the two graves bearing her own name. She's surrounded the gravestone with flowers, just as she's done with the other bearing her name.]

I'm so sorry. I feel...I don't know how to feel. But I do know I'm sorry. You're me, after all. You shouldn't be out there like you are. And you're with me, even if I never got to meet you. You're with me.

[She leaves a folded note along with the flowers. And then she moves on to the three graves marked with Chie's name, starting to do the same.

It's okay to interrupt her.]

[Wearing the yellow flower hairclip Yukiko had left in her mailbox, Labrys approached as quietly as a whirring mechanical robot probably could.]

Looks like you had the same idea I did, huh?

One of the lounges, or dorm floor one

It appeared that Rick was somewhat late to the note-posting party, since nearly every surface that could house a note was burdened with more copies of said note than was physically sustainable. Rick had collected a few of the stragglers that had fallen off their overcrowded perches and did his best to find new homes for them--much better than the alternatives crumpled in his pockets, which he had written in his left-handed chicken scratch and were all probably unreadable. Suffice to say, Rick was more than willing to spread the word; this newest revelation was not only intrinsically important to him (and everyone else in the tower), but he could also understand it, and that caught his mind nearly as much as the need to protect his world--his wife. He was still new here; Ruana (as was the popular guess) could not have had time to consume Codi's soul yet, right? She had to still be alive. There simply was no other alternative.

The other inhabitants must have been thinking the same thing to hold on to this note the way they were, Rick decided. And the fact that they could all agree on something, even after so much hardship and strife...now that was worth fighting for.

Rick went about his business with a pleasant smile.

[Floor 4 Lounge?]

"Insane, isn't it?"

A heavy, rumbling voice came over towards Rick from one of the comfy chairs on the 4th Floor. There was no telling how long Sephiroth had been sat there, watching people come and go. Watching Rick re-fix fallen flyers into new positions.

He'd come down a while ago from the 5th Floor with a no-lighter heart, but a much cooler facade. The piece of paper with his own copy of the message on was strewn across his lap, creased immensely from the compulsive screwing-it-up-then-opening it again.

Here, chaos could be found anywhere in the Tower writing the message in his notebook and leaving it on a good surface area, where people would be bound to see it. While he would be avoiding the more dangerous floors, since he was not in any mood to fight, he would be available almost everywhere else.

However, when he ran out of paper to distribute the message with, chaos decided to try for a more unusual method. He had swiped a knife from the kitchen and was carving the message on the trees in the forest floor. It..reminded him of back when he was spreading a different kind of word, but, hopefully, this would help more people in the long run.

The commotion in the tower from all the message-spamming was starting to get to Zelgadis, and he was convinced that there was nowhere he could go for some peace and quiet. He's still in the process of finding his way around the tower anyway, and when he stumbles onto a forest, of all things, he breathes a long sigh of relief. At last, he's going to catch a break from the hectic nonsense.

And then he sees that same message carved into the bark of some of the trees.

"Here, too, of all places?"

Of course, he opens his mouth right before noticing that the industrious woodcarver was only a couple of trees ahead of him; he's tense, for a moment, not knowing whose attention he's about to catch. He looks like just a kid, but Zel's seen enough weird things here that he's perfectly willing to expend caution.

Yotsuba had made a habit of checking her mailbox, since she liked getting mail from all her friends, but she wasn't expecting to find this long message in it. She tried to read it three times, and while most of the message didn't make any sense to her at all, one thing did stick out: that the bad people could eat souls. Daddy and everyone else was in danger! Did everyone else know? She had to warn the grown-ups so that they could do something!

"Off we go! Bang!" And with that, she started running off..but any normal teenager or adult could catch her if they were used to fast, quick-moving children.

[Dorm Floors]

Yotsuba had been surprised to see the message in so many places, and she didn't know why it was posted all over the place. So, to the first person she saw, she could call out to them. "What's going on?! Why are the posters everywhere?"

If she saw any adults, she would alert them to the soul eating, not knowing that they already knew.

Romeo was sat on the flood in the meadow, paper and pens spread out around him, making copies.

He didn't really understand everything, but he understood that this was bad. Badder than the bad people just stealing their souls, and that all his friends were in danger. That was what worried him most, he had so many friends who had been sent away, and now they were all in trouble and he had to help them!

The notices were in messy handwriting, getting messier each one he wrote as his hand got tired, he was trying to make enough to go on every floor.

He looked up at Yotsuba and waved, "It's so everyone knows about what Dax's letter said about souls and the bad people."

[He's seen it on the network already. Sephiroth had sat for hours and just read it over and over, that curling pit in his stomach sinking painfully lower like a cold, heavy and twisting knot as his thoughts avidly tied up what it meant to him. Even as Jason baited those that were all-too eager to make their feelings and intentions known. Fools.

Try as he might to remind himself that this message- however concerning it's contents, however ground breaking the implications- had come from one of them, and therefore should not to be taken so easily as truth, it nothing to suppress the occasional hot stinging tear at a corner of Sephiroth's eye. Angry frustrated wetness swollen up and threatened to burst like a balloon. Every time he held it back, blinked it dry, or wiped it away harshly while he burned his eyes into that viewfinder that he had grown accustomed to calling home.

She can't take souls as Zo can, but she can siphon them and she can squeeze all the energy out of them.

HIS SOULS. HIS ENERGY. HIS LIFESTREAM.

Or whatever was left of it, of the souls of the few that had been lost from this place. Somehow, Someway, this must stop. Now. That's his. Mother's gift to him, she must not be allowed to steal it. Not to mention, his ties to Cloud as well; the complications...

But HOW?

He doesn't have a mailbox, neither did he make a copy. Why should he have to when everyone else was doing such a good job of it and posting it almost everywhere that there was the wall space. It was a simple matter to take one from a wall on the 1st floor, fold it up and slip it inside his coat on his way upstairs.

Every time it came back to that man. Sephiroth stood a silent vigil over his viewfinder, near-shaking with fury and fists clenched tight; in one hand the message that he forced himself to un-crumple and read again from time to time. Each forced, deep breath a steady hand of control over his rage which Sephiroth needed to get a hold of. He needed patience now, his time would come.]

There are certainly some reassuring things about this message, though as much as he appreciates knowing that he is truly himself, that the magic his hadn't been able to call on when the glamor, the illusion, had failed is still his all the same, even though out of reach, he can't help but feel just a sliver of doubt.

Who was distributing this information? Who had it come from? Was it truly trustworthy? That are certainly question that call for answers and Jellal is very determined to find them.]
