Setting: The Cafeteria, then the Elevator's Shaft and finally the Administrative Floors. The 29th of July, in the morning.
Format: Action most likely.

Summary: A month ago Ganondorf planned an infiltration to go and pay a visit to Riki's floor-- Given what has happened these last weeks, the 'Evil Alliance' has accepted to allow Enoch and the people he gathered to use the infiltration in order to do their own thing. Namely, retrieve scientific instruments from Jason's laboratory, so as to study the Collar Fluid. The infiltration will begin on the 1st floor, the Cafeteria.

The first thread is a traditional mingle thread, happening before the infiltration and briefing begin; anyone can tag into it. The second thread is a quick briefing before the infiltration starts, where Enoch and Ganondorf will explain to everyone what to do and what to expect in case they don't already know. Then there are the seven group threads, one for each individual team infiltrating.

Warnings: Administrative floors, danger, death, horror. Anyone tagging here is probably going to die, or at the very least meet with a terrible fate.

[Yu watched in relative silence as the others jumped down below - some alone, most with another despite his warning. He doesn't know whether he could dissuade them further or not, but what he does know is that he should give them a little more time before he jumps down after them.

Which is why he continues to mentally brace himself, as one by one, he couldn't sense his emotional ties with those who went before him. Without thinking much, he tore a bit of his shirt off to wrap around his hands. Though soon enough, he takes one more breath and looks up towards with one last look at his Persona, he nods, sliding down into Izanagi-no-Okami's hands as he faced the aspect of himself that showed his progress of his last journey.]

[With that, he jumps backwards, swan-diving through the ring of red light and humming "I believe I can fall" under his breath as his Persona faded in static and prepared to flip as he tried to use his jacket to slow some of the descent.

...Somehow, he's glad he left the bus stop sign behind for this one.]

[The fall is rapid, though it takes some time--and then the cables come up quickly. Slick with blood and with people already hanging off of it, it will be nearly impossible to avoid a crash of some sort.]

[Without thinking, he uprights and braces himself, trying to angle it so that as he turns, he can kick off the walls and bypass the others. Only when he's clear of the others will he grab hold of the cables with both wrapped hands.]

[Yu manages, through some miracle, not to directly strike anyone as he passes. He grazes Asch's body, though, and the cable swings, twists, and the body falls free--the body crashes into Sheba, and will next strike Dark Pit unless Sheba does something to prevent it.

The swinging cable coils around Yu's arms, and then gravity takes its course both of his elbows are broken backwards as the weight of the rest of his body comes down over top of him. The cable twists around his legs as well, but does not break them.]

[Sheba doesn't even have time to scream before Asch's body crashes into her - the cable is twisting and it's all she can do to keep holding on. She moves to try and catch his body on instinct, but the sudden motion of her bad arm sends another stabbing pain through her and she bites down hard on her lip to keep from crying out.

This, at least, keeps the body from immediately falling down to crash into Dark Pit. But Sheba very clearly can't support the weight for long, and she glances down frantically.]

I - what should I--

[The body begins to slip from her already shaky grasp. Dark Pit will have time to see it coming before it actually falls.]

[Since Sheba's slowed him down, Dark Pit wraps his legs around the cable and reaches out with his good arm, doing his best to grab onto Asch's shirt and hold him. He's well aware he's probably going to strain his wrist further, but he doesn't care right now.]

{Asch will provide extra dead weight for Dark Pit, and will wrench his arm a bit, but for the moment as long as he can keep hold of the cable he will be fine.]

YU!

[Xion's scream echoes as he falls past her - not him too not him too, she can't handle losing him too. But then he seems to come to a halt below her, though she can see the cable wrapped around his arms. The way his arms are bent though doesn't look good. But he was okay. He was alive.

She looks down at him for a few more moments, breathing frantically, then up again at the people above her, including Ion tangled with Jounouchi and Dark Pit holding Asch's corpse. She closes her eyes tightly for a moment, ignoring the wetness, then opens them again.]

E-everybody! Try to get yourselves untangled. I'm gonna try to look for a way out!

[There's tears in her voice and on her face but she takes a moment to grip the cable extra tight with one hand and wipe at her eyes. That done, she looks around frantically, looking at the doorways and if there's anything else that can help them reach them]

[And up above the part of the team playing hot potato with Asch's body is the part of the team basically just freaking out over the whole situation.]

Y-yeah, I...my arm. I-I can't move it...

[Well, that's not entirely true, he can move his fingers and hand, somewhat, but trying to move the whole arm sends a wave up pain up it.]

Where's Asch? He made it here, right? Shouldn't he be somewhere...? Asch?

[When he doesn't get a response, he prepares to slide further down the cable, but aborts that idea when Yu falls through, causing a slight distraction.]

[Yu makes a nearly inaudible gasp when his elbows snap in a sickeningly way, too much in shock to make more than a strangled noise as he hangs out below the others. He doesn't even register Xion's voice for a brief moment as he adjusts to no voices in his head at all.

Yes, that somehow freaks him out over two broken elbows and- wait, is that Asch-?

Oh no.]

....I'm- alright. [He says in a rasp, because hey - he ain't dead or eaten yet; it's all good.] Keep... looking for something we can use to get to the doors.

[Getting out of the elevator shaft before another team decides to drop in is the top priority, he decides as he does the same and tries to untangle his legs from the cables without losing grip. It's kind of painful, okay.]

[The more struggling happens, the more the ropes tighten around Ion. Still, he has some give, with Jounouchi's body being crushed further little by little.

Asch's stomach seems to bulge out like the door did--as if something were trying to push out.]

[By the time Yu fell past, Ion had closed his eyes again, focusing on breathing. If it weren't for his preexisting condition, he shouldn't have been feeling so dizzy and so nauseous—though, to be fair, the amount of adrenaline and nerves coursing through him would be enough to make anyone begin to feel woozy.

After a moment, he manages a shallow nod.]

Good—[It wasn't good, but it could have been worse, and that was good.]—If we find a place to stand, I'll try to take a look at it for you.

[That, of course, required freeing himself first—a task that was proving to become more and more difficult as he felt the cable tightening around his waist, forcing the air slowly from his lungs.

Ion lets out a small wheeze of a sob and tries to raise his voice loud enough for the others to hear.]

E-everyone—I’m sorry but if you could all try to be still for a moment I—[His voice cuts out and he has to stop, taking in a breath. He doesn’t even know if they can properly hear him, unable to see far enough below him to know how far down they are]—can’t breathe—

[Ion grabs at the cable on either side of him and pushes down with as much strength as he can manage. If he can just lift himself free…even a bit…]

[Luke can hear Ion better, being closest, but can't see him very well, so he's not sure what exactly is wrong. But something is, and Luke's more capable of yelling at the moment, so he will.]

H-hey, whoever's moving down there, cut it out for a minute! You're hurting Ion!

[The cable, when pushed, swings free and looses Jounouchi from its grip. The body will begin to fall.]

[When the cable abruptly untangles, Ion cries out in surprise and clutches with both hands at the cable to keep himself from falling. It takes more energy than he'd care it to for him simply to hang on--but he can breathe much more easily now, and he isn't going to complain when he's still relatively uninjured.

If they can hang on, so can he.]

Everyone! Look out!

[He's going to have to apologize later for having caused the body to drop--but it would have needed to be done, regardless. He just hopes that they can hang on and avoid Jonouchi's descent.]

Gah--

[Even with Ion's warning, Sheba's mobility is limited by her injury and the fact that she's trying to keep hold of Asch's sword. She tries to twist out of the way, but isn't able to dodge Jonouchi's body. It hits her much like Asch's did, and she's unable to keep her grip. The sword flies from her hand and down the shaft, past the others. With the right timing, they may be able to grab it before it's out of their reach.

Unfortunately, the same hand gripping the sword was her major support for staying on the cable, and her injured arm doesn't provide enough of a grip. The body slamming into her loosens the hold her legs have, and when Jonouchi's body falls again, Sheba falls with it. She's not sure she'll be able to latch back into the cable - not without risking knocking someone else off - and so she grits her teeth, grabs onto Jonouchi's remains, and tries her best to keep herself and the body from slamming into the others as she falls past them. It's harder to do without control over the wind to direct her movements, however.]

[Sheba, Jounouchi's body, and the sword all plummet--Sheba and Jonouchi in one direction and the sword in a somewhat different arc. The cable swings erratically; avoiding things falling may be difficult if you're below the entire situation.]

Watch out!

[Dark Pit drops Asch's body - it was getting weird anyway - and does his best to reach out and grab Sheba. Should he connect, he'll tug her to the cable and wrap his good arm around her.]

[The warnings give Xion enough time to look up and see the different falling people and objects. There's no time to panic about Sheba falling, or anything else. She has a split second to look down at Yu - who's still struggling with two broken elbows - and up again before she acts.

She reaches out with one hand for the closest object to her - Asch's body - but instead of trying to catch it, she drops a little under his weight as he slams into her (skinning her palms further) then pushes, towards a wall, and hopefully away from Yu beneath her. That done, a little dazed, she clutches at the cable again and flattens herself against it, trying to clear her head.]

[He doesn't even think about his injuries when he hears the warnings as he briefly looks up to see where in position the falling corpses are. For a split second, he wonders if Yosuke's music selection is a bad influence, but the next he cries out.

Trying to only grasp one cable with two broken elbows kind of sucks, he notes as he gasps and tries to cling to the cable as he slides a bit.

Damn. This was his last good shirt.]

[The cable swings when Xion pushes, and the weight of Sheba and Jounouchi slams down onto Dark Pit--he'll slide down and hit Xion if he doesn't fall off entirely.

The cable swings back and forth erratically now.]

Shit! Drop him!

[He spreads his wings out to try to slow his fall as much as he can, and clamps his sandals down onto the cable to attempt to slow himself further. He flaps wildly, attempting to push himself up - it's not a huge amount of force, but Xion and Yu may need to hold on a bit harder.]

[The catch is surprising but not unwelcome. Sheba had been fully expecting to fall the rest of the way down, and when Dark Pit grabs her, she gasps and nearly loses hold of Jonouchi's body.

She's hesitant to let go - what if dropping it causes it to hit someone? - but then Dark Pit yells for her to drop it as they start to slide down the cable towards Xion. Sheba grits her teeth and tosses the body, aiming to get it away from them. Between the cable swinging and her own lack of upper body strength, it may not be entirely successful.

Once the body is out of her hands, she grabs for the cable with her good arm.]

Th-thank you... sorry...

[Thankfully Xion was already clinging to the cable pretty tightly. Thus, when she feels another heavy force slam into the top of her head, her grip only slackens and she slides down a few feet herself. Still, she lets out a yelp of pain as the skin on her chest is rubbed even further, and she wonders if she'll have any skin left on her hands by the end of this.

Not to mention it doesn't help that now there are stars dancing in her eyes. Still, she manages to cling to the cable, for now]

[He had been clinging as hard as he could to the cable, and likely would have sighed with relief that the friend he's had the longest in the tower hadn't kicked him in the face as she kept clinging to the cable above him. That is, if they wouldn't keep shaking the damn cables with their continual allowing of the bodies hitting the floor.]

Fuck-!

[He yelps, clinging to the cable with his knees and feet even more now (this was going to suck later).

...Only after the pain subsides will he realize what the tower translation used for the word "kuso" that he just screamed.]
