Characters: Anyone who signed up for the Dark World Plot! Look at tag list for more details.
Setting: The 4th and 5th of March. Located in the Cursed Floors + Ganon's Tower (Floors 6, 7, 8, 12, 62, 65, 68, 70, 73 and 79 + Floor 75).
Format: Most likely action but left at the players's discretion.
Summary: Your character somehow got trapped in the Forest Floor of the Tower-- And it looks nothing like the Forest Floor the characters remember. It's the beginning of the Dark World. Some floors look pretty different from what they did before, some nearly identical. The only way to get out is to go through the dungeons that make up this Dark World.

All characters start out in the Dark Forest, then as they go throughout the forest, they magically walk into one of the three dungeons (the one they have been assigned to). By exploring the dungeons, they will acquire one of the three Pendants that lead to the Core of the Curse, from where the cursed floors can be ended. However, Richtofen is there and happy to make sure that won't be that easy.

Mingle threads are simply for Mingle, whereas the exploration of the dungeons, puzzles, etc happens in the Exploration threads. OOC information here.

Warning: While your character may survive fine and all, the dark world is a dangerous place with lots of monsters and puzzles to solve. Characters may get harmed or killed, but that is left to the players's discretion. Characters going through the water of temple may lose their patience and sanity.


Arrival in the Dark World
Here are simply listed the three different ways your characters may have gotten dragged into the Dark World. Note this can be a combination of many of these ways, feel free to pick how your characters arrived in!

• The character may simply have been present on the floor when Ganondorf cursed it. That's really… Bad luck? If that is how it happened, the character would have been immediately transported into the Dark Forest Floor. If they arrived before the 4th of March, they would have been unable to leave this floor for three days. Which may be pretty unnerving.

• The character may have been caught by a floormaster or wallmaster somewhere throughout the tower, and cast into the Dark World. Floormasters and Wallmasters are gigantic and creepy black, red or purple hands that come out from either the floor or the ceiling and take characters to another part of the tower, point in case the Dark Forest.

• They character may have found one of the black doors of Mordor leading into the cursed floors. Out of luck, a creepy black hand similar to that of wallmaster could have come out of from the door and have dragged them in.

• The last option is the simplest, Ganondorf hided in the shadows and cast a spell on you that teleported you right into the Dark Forest. This option is mostly directed to those who have past history with Ganondorf or who are known to be close of Princess Zelda, Link and Tetra.

And similarly to before, eye contact with them would cause a paralyzing shriek. ]

"Okay, let's do this, the sooner the better" she added before diving towards them. She would try to avoid them but if anything gets near her, she would have to aim blindly, seeing that it wasn't a good idea to stare at them.

At least, they didn't look too interested. Maybe they had some hope after all?

Keeping his eyes firmly fixed on the corridor in front of them, ignoring the skeletons completely Shion dashed after her hoping they didn't follow.

Ishtar wanted to ensure their own safety, so she shouts a quick shocking spell in hopes of getting some out of her way while she made her way through. She also double checked to see if Shion was okay.

[ The ReDead were fairly quiet-- That is until she started shouting quick spells. While that would probably keep one of them down, all of the others would turn toward them and shriek, paralyzing for ten seconds and waking over them.

Of course, the way they came from is now shut so they do not have much of a choice. ]

[Shion was frozen, helpless watching the skeletons walking towards them. The moment he could move he swung out with the EMR.] Run!

[ Ishtar made a brief mistake to glance at them by accident, and she cursed silently while trying to regain her composure. This was not fun at all. What the hell. ] THIS WAY!

[ she made a grab for his arm when she finally got herself back together. ]

[Arm was grabbed and he stumbled after her, stll flinging the EMR out wildly.]

[ Ishtar proceeded to shout a defensive spell for them just in case they were being attacked from behind. When she succeeded in grabbing his arm, she dashed even faster down the path, keeping a firm grip on his arm. She didn't want to lose him if something happened. ] Damn, what is it so far ahead!?

[ After a few minutes running they could access the exit door and enter a room similar to the entrance from which they come from-- As long as they didn't alert more ReDead that is.

The next room though seemed to lead to a maze's entrance. ]

A maze... [Shion spoke the obvious and glanced at Ishtar.]

[ Ishtar stared at it in utter confusion. ]

Wha---?!!! What is that?

[ It was rhetorical and she did turn to face Shion again. ]

...This might be a little hard.

It's like a puzzle... You walk through it and try to solve it.

[He nods, feeling a little sick. He doesn't have any good memories of the last labyrinth he was in.]

It will be dangerous...

...This looks like that place...and there's got to be something deadly in there right?!

[ Because Facility had a huge labyrinth that almost killed the people that ran around in it. Ishtar gave him a worried look because of his expression. ] ....I thought so. Stay close to me. If anything happens I might be able to keep us safe temporarily from anything that jumps out. Otherwise we're going to have t break for it really hard.

[Shion nodded, sticking close to her, gripping the EMR as he walked]

[ Ishtar made sure that Shion was with her because she was terrified of anyone getting hurt at this point. It was okay for her to get hurt, but she didn't want anyone else hurt. ]
