Characters: Anyone who signed up for the Dark World Plot! Look at tag list for more details.
Setting: The 4th and 5th of March. Located in the Cursed Floors + Ganon's Tower (Floors 6, 7, 8, 12, 62, 65, 68, 70, 73 and 79 + Floor 75).
Format: Most likely action but left at the players's discretion.
Summary: Your character somehow got trapped in the Forest Floor of the Tower-- And it looks nothing like the Forest Floor the characters remember. It's the beginning of the Dark World. Some floors look pretty different from what they did before, some nearly identical. The only way to get out is to go through the dungeons that make up this Dark World.

All characters start out in the Dark Forest, then as they go throughout the forest, they magically walk into one of the three dungeons (the one they have been assigned to). By exploring the dungeons, they will acquire one of the three Pendants that lead to the Core of the Curse, from where the cursed floors can be ended. However, Richtofen is there and happy to make sure that won't be that easy.

Mingle threads are simply for Mingle, whereas the exploration of the dungeons, puzzles, etc happens in the Exploration threads. OOC information here.

Warning: While your character may survive fine and all, the dark world is a dangerous place with lots of monsters and puzzles to solve. Characters may get harmed or killed, but that is left to the players's discretion. Characters going through the water of temple may lose their patience and sanity.


Arrival in the Dark World
Here are simply listed the three different ways your characters may have gotten dragged into the Dark World. Note this can be a combination of many of these ways, feel free to pick how your characters arrived in!

• The character may simply have been present on the floor when Ganondorf cursed it. That's really… Bad luck? If that is how it happened, the character would have been immediately transported into the Dark Forest Floor. If they arrived before the 4th of March, they would have been unable to leave this floor for three days. Which may be pretty unnerving.

• The character may have been caught by a floormaster or wallmaster somewhere throughout the tower, and cast into the Dark World. Floormasters and Wallmasters are gigantic and creepy black, red or purple hands that come out from either the floor or the ceiling and take characters to another part of the tower, point in case the Dark Forest.

• They character may have found one of the black doors of Mordor leading into the cursed floors. Out of luck, a creepy black hand similar to that of wallmaster could have come out of from the door and have dragged them in.

• The last option is the simplest, Ganondorf hided in the shadows and cast a spell on you that teleported you right into the Dark Forest. This option is mostly directed to those who have past history with Ganondorf or who are known to be close of Princess Zelda, Link and Tetra.

"I can teach ya one day if ya want. It's fun for passin' time."

He replied to her offering to lighten up the mood a bit. It was gloomy being here right now. He admitted it whole heartedly.

"Yeah guess not if the guy's in charge of all of this. Eh, so ya know how ta fight too?"

"Oh, if you could, that would be a lot of fun! A friend of mine tried to teach me a little bit before, but we didn't get very far."

Tohko, oddly enough, didn't find it as gloomy. Or maybe she was just putting up another bold front. It was hard to tell sometimes.

"Of course. There's no way anyone should stay here for a long amount of time and not train, even just a little bit."

"If ya really want to. I ain't gonna say no an' I'm offerin' so let's get out of this dump and have some fun!" he replied grinning.

It was what he was good at. Kuwabara wanted to make sure people would be comfortable and safe before thinking about himself.

"I guess that makes lots of sense. Yer goin' the right way Tohko-san."

"Alright then! Hopefully we can get out of here soon then! Maybe I can toss a couple of good books at you too, once this is all over!"

The two were similar then: Tohko was always the type to charge in and fight for other people, even when it would be stupid for her to do so. At that comment, she chuckled and scratched her head.

"Well, I try to. After all, it's hard to protect others without a weapon and the skill to use it."

"I ain't one 'fraid to try new stuff, so feel free ta," he replied watching her cheer up. What a strange girl.

Honestly, most of the girls he knew, they weren't so carefree or as brave as this one here. His sister and Keiko were a good exception. Botan as well. He just shook his head as she scratched her head.

"Guess you're not gonna be a push over eh?"

"I will! It's great that you're willing to try new things though..after all, new things can always give you a different perspective on life." Not that Tohko was depressed before.

Tohko didn't really see herself as being entirely carefree or brave..but she just hated not helping people. That was all. However, at Kuwabara'a question, she nodded.

"Of course not! There's no way I would be able to help others if I was."

After all..if she was, Chia Takeda would have died in her world.

"Ya got me there," he rubbed the back of his head as she said that. He wasn't afraid to try new things. He was always moving forward no matter what. He didn't know that but he would tell her to keep fighting and be strong no matter what happened.

She seemed like that to him, but he could understand otherwise.

"Hehehe, no offense or anythin' but that's pretty neat."

He grins.

Nor was Tohko, to be honest. She couldn't be brave all the time, but she would always try to move forward.

At his compliment, Tohko chuckled and scratched her head.

"Ah..thank you! I just thought it was normal..after all, you don't seem like a push over either."

They shared some things in common. Kuwabara might enjoy her company more later when he learned of that.

He just looks off a little embarrassed for saying that to her.

"Eh, not a lot of girls in my world know how ta fight. There's a few an' they can seriously kick some ass," he replied, "I spent most of my life on the streets, so it ain't anythin' special."

Assuming, of course, that they ever did bump into each other again.

Tohko noticed that he looked a little embarrassed, but couldn't quite figure out why. However, she did nod at his comment.

"Right..hopefully your life on the streets wasn't too rough."

She was trying her best to not be nosy and ask how he got there in the first place.

"To be honest, until I came here, I didn't know how to fight either. However..once you wake up in a Tower full of monsters and horrible Administrators, you have to start, or you won't be able to protect anyone."

That too. He might end up running into few people he knew. That's for sure and he's a guy that likes to keep his relationships with acquaintances on the good side.

"I got beaten up a lot, but nothing that wouldn't heal," he shrugged. He had a great group of loyal friends and trying to beat his rival was the best part of his high school life.

He just did. When you don't see you parents often enough and your main caretaker was your big sister, stuff happens. Shizuru didn't give him any room to mess around, so he probably learned a lot of brawling from her if anything.

"Ya got that right. I like th' way you think."

Tohko loved keeping up with friends and people..but with such a large Tower, sometimes it was tough, or even impossible.

However, at that comment, Tohko smiled and nodded. If it had been painful, she probably would have given him a headpat and some words of encouragement, but it was good that he dealt with it alright.

"Ah, thank you! You probably would have thought in the same way too, if you had come here."

That's true. Having such a large and vast place, things become difficult. Kuwabara would try his best though, no matter what.

Kuwabara would have felt very embarrassed if she did that to him, but thankfully he didn't have anything painful about it. He made the best of it, even through rough times.

"Yeah, my thoughts are kinda the same as yours 'm sure if I wanted ta protect the people I care about."

That, thankfully, seemed to be something else the two had in common. However, she wouldn't have understood why he would be so embarrassed about a headpat.

"Well, that's good to hear then, I suppose. There's nothing wrong with wanting to protect the people you care about."

It would seem odd if a young girl almost half his towering side was patting his head, but he wouldn't say that to her. It would seem weird.

"No it ain't. If ya ever want any tips on how better yer fightin' skills, I'll be glad ta offer."

Tips yes, actual sparring, probably not going to happen. He wasn't the type to spar with girls because he had a code against it. Not that he would mention it right now.

It was actually becoming normal for Tohko to give headpats to people taller than her. Or trying, anyway.

Blame the Tower for this.

"Oh, really? I already train daily with Saber, but I'll accept any tips you have! And if you ever want someone to spar with, I would be more than happy to. I could use the practice."

Whoops.

Kuwabara would forever be confused with that. That's for sure, but it's not like he wouldn't allow it to happen.

The Tower was to blame for most of this.

"Oh, ya do huh? Well if ya still want to get tips from me," he rubbed the back of his head, "Eheheh, probably not, 'mnot good with fighting girls," he laughed nervously, "Wish I could, though."

Oh, Tohko, this conversation got tens times more awkward.

Not that Tohko really noticed that the conversation got awkward..yet. However, she did scratch her head and look a bit puzzled at that.

"I do..but what's wrong with fighting girls?"

Not a lot of people noticed, since he's usually like this on a daily basis. Kuwabara kept rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

"Well, it's kinda this thing I got. I don't think it's right ta fight girls, but it really ain't about discrimination or anythin,'" just a lot of trauma as a kid. His older sister was probably the main source for it.

"I'll my best ta help ya out."

Sadly, people who didn't know him that well wouldn't be so used to it. However, at that, Tohko nodded and smiled.

"Ah, alright then! I guess it's part of your code of honor then. I understand! Thank you..I'll be glad for any help you can give me!"

Kuwabara wished he could be a little more honest with people, but it was hard when your code of honor really got some people. Nesir was still pissed at him for that.

"Yeah, code of honor. I'd rather protect girls than fight 'em. Plus, some can pack a pretty rough punch. You're welcome I guess?"

That's true, but, thankfully, it wouldn't piss off the book girl. After all, she had already read about such things, and they weren't bad.

"Right, that makes sense. But..what's with the 'I guess'?"

Now if everyone was a sweet and understanding as Tohko, Kuwabara's life would be much easier. Sadly, it wasn't going to be that easy.

"I don't if I'll be help to ya if ya got a good Sensei already. Most of my skills are self taught an' stuff."

Sadly, it wasn't. But conflict created some of the best stories. Even Tohko could tell you that.

"Well, Saber is a good teacher, but there's nothing wrong with some extra help! And you may know something that she doesn't!"

"Eh, if you're really sure about it, I ain't the kind of guy to turn now pretty girls. I'll do my best to give ya hand then Tohko-san," he chuckled sheepishly. Of course, being Kuwabara, he liked to compliment girls a lot. It was nice to help others and he was getting better at making friends without scaring them off with that face of his.
