[Dark World Event] || [The Evil Realm] || [Open] || [2/3]
Characters: Anyone who signed up for the Dark World Plot! Look at tag list for more details.
Setting: The 4th and 5th of March. Located in the Cursed Floors + Ganon's Tower (Floors 6, 7, 8, 12, 62, 65, 68, 70, 73 and 79 + Floor 75).
Format: Most likely action but left at the players's discretion.
Summary: Your character somehow got trapped in the Forest Floor of the Tower-- And it looks nothing like the Forest Floor the characters remember. It's the beginning of the Dark World. Some floors look pretty different from what they did before, some nearly identical. The only way to get out is to go through the dungeons that make up this Dark World.
All characters start out in the Dark Forest, then as they go throughout the forest, they magically walk into one of the three dungeons (the one they have been assigned to). By exploring the dungeons, they will acquire one of the three Pendants that lead to the Core of the Curse, from where the cursed floors can be ended. However, Richtofen is there and happy to make sure that won't be that easy.
Mingle threads are simply for Mingle, whereas the exploration of the dungeons, puzzles, etc happens in the Exploration threads. OOC information here.
Warning: While your character may survive fine and all, the dark world is a dangerous place with lots of monsters and puzzles to solve. Characters may get harmed or killed, but that is left to the players's discretion. Characters going through the water of temple may lose their patienceand sanity.
Arrival in the Dark World
Here are simply listed the three different ways your characters may have gotten dragged into the Dark World. Note this can be a combination of many of these ways, feel free to pick how your characters arrived in!
• The character may simply have been present on the floor when Ganondorf cursed it. That's really… Bad luck? If that is how it happened, the character would have been immediately transported into the Dark Forest Floor. If they arrived before the 4th of March, they would have been unable to leave this floor for three days. Which may be pretty unnerving.
• The character may have been caught by a floormaster or wallmaster somewhere throughout the tower, and cast into the Dark World. Floormasters and Wallmasters are gigantic and creepy black, red or purple hands that come out from either the floor or the ceiling and take characters to another part of the tower, point in case the Dark Forest.
• They character may have found one of the black doorsof Mordor leading into the cursed floors. Out of luck, a creepy black hand similar to that of wallmaster could have come out of from the door and have dragged them in.
• The last option is the simplest, Ganondorf hided in the shadows and cast a spell on you that teleported you right into the Dark Forest. This option is mostly directed to those who have past history with Ganondorf or who are known to be close of Princess Zelda, Link and Tetra.

If Luke would allow it, chaos would put a hand on his shoulder and heal him a little.]
Are you alright now? Please, be careful, and do not give up.
no subject
[He let out a breath, trying to force his fear out along with it, before he twisted around, kicking at his frozen foot to try and get it loose. Staying in one spot would be a very bad idea right now.]
Could use a hand with this too!
no subject
[chaos nodded and put his hand on Luke's foot, warming it up and melting the ice. It might hurt a little, but not much.]
There you are.

Seeing A'kin in danger, Sephiroth, teleporting clear of the blasts himself, casts another spell.
[[LIFE2]]
He can see the damage is severe, but it is a powerful reviving spell, and one that should restore at least some of A'kin's health and energy, if it's not too late.
He's been using so much strong magic that he's starting to feel the strain, and he might not have that many more spells in him before he has to rest to replenish his magical energy.]

Chaos's attack on the skeletal dragon would have the dragon roar and breath darkness all around at random. However the skeletal dragon resisted pretty well, damaged but still able to fly-- Maybe taking down the ice dragon first would make the skeletal dragon much more weaker?
Meanwhile the ice dragon would still be drawn to the ground and breathing ice beams all around furiously. It would try to focus however on those drawing it to the ground and whoever stayed nearby after the death of the fire dragon. Overall temperature was probably getting dangerously low close to the dragon and the skeletal dragon would try and focus his darkness columns on already wounded people, such as Lancer or Luke, so better be fast. ]
no subject
[When the dragon turns to focus on Luke, he'll use the chance to get within striking range.]

Someone help...!
[He couldn't die again; not like this...!]
...ah, I hope Luke doesn't mind being mistaken for yet another redhead, if only briefly?
[From seemingly nowhere, Raven blitzes toward Luke in a flurry of barely-traceable (by the human eye, at least) movement, the core from earlier having returned to hover nearby as a wary sentinel (although once again much smaller than it had been).
He bodily grabs Luke in what feels like a superhuman grip (metal fingers of his left hand grasping perhaps a bit too tightly despite attempts to be gentle), and then, just as quickly as he'd appeared, pulls them both into a Shadow Step away from the darkness beam that collides with the ground Luke had just been standing on.]
Don't be so reckless! You could've died, Elsw—
[Raven's eyes widen as he cuts himself off, though whether it's in realization of what he was about to say or because he has to hastily summon up the core's shield to block a stray blast of ice is uncertain.]
He is so used to it...
T-thanks.
[He ducked behind Raven as the ice dragon blasted at them, flinching.]
We're going to freeze if we get too close to that. We need to attack from a distance!
Hah, I'll bet...
[Raven murmurs this somewhat distractedly, watching the state of the core as it returns to its normal form when the attack stops.]
... Can you even still fight?
[Because now that he's had a chance to look the redhead's condition over, he doesn't quite like what he sees. Determination, yes, good, but trying to fight through burns like that?
It's not meant to come out as vaguely condescending as it does, but the fact that he's not allowing any of his concern to show in his voice really doesn't do the sentiment any favors.]
no subject
It hurts, but I can still fight. Might need to rest some after this battle though.
[He wasn't about to just quit right in the middle of it.]
no subject
So long as you know your limits.
[There is a very clearly implied "keep safe; don't do anything stupid" somewhere in there, but now's not really the best time to be fussing too much over the well-being of people he hardly knows.
And for that matter.
Raven straightens his posture before bringing his sword down in a broad yet sharp downswing, wave of energy following the arc of the sword and flying through the air toward the struggling ice dragon.]
Shockwave!
no subject
His heart throbs in his chest, and those privy to darkness may even sense his spiking up again, but he's trying to at least hold it back. This is not a very smart idea.
Still, he's gotta keep his head on straight. With a sharp breath, he points the Keyblade up at that pesky lizard and launches a fireball straight its way. With his move made, he then proceeds closer to the others.]
Hey, how you guys holding up?
[It's hard to keep track in a fight like this. Too intense.]
no subject
[Luke glanced around at their group, trying to assess damages.]
...if anyone's got some big explosions they've been holding back, now's the time to use them.
no subject
[Hey guys, how you doin? This guy is joining the group after casting another Thundaga on the ice dragon, and then a Fire Raid right on the tail end of the thunder spell. He looks less worse for wear than the others, though one coat sleeve is missing and that arm is slightly burnt.]
We should have everyone focus on one dragon at a time. The one spitting ice is probably weaker.
no subject
[This is the face of someone internally saying, "I TOLD YOU GUYS THAT BEFORE."]
no subject
...It's probably far too telling that his expression while looking back and forth between the two of them is pretty much "way too used to this shit" given form.]
If that's a plan, then less talking, more doing.
[Kids. He doesn't even know their names, but he can only hope this won't end up in an argument, much less one as fiery (sometimes literally) as the ones back home.]
no subject
[He'll shoot a pointed look at Luke and his Replica before making his next move, which involves yet another attempted Graviga.]
You guys keep firing attacks while I hold things. Got that?
no subject
Meanwhile, the Skeletal Dragon flew higher, very very high in the sky. Those with good eyes can see that he's preparing to cast a powerful beam of darkness to finish the ice dragon, more powerful than what happened when the fire dragon died and on a wider ranger.
If they see hit they may have the time to move out before the beam of darkness hit the Ice Dragon (roughly between five and ten seconds between the ice dragon collapsing and the beam hitting the ground) and causes it to explode in an ice explosion, tiny ice shards dangerously flying around at high velocity and the ground becoming frozen all over the mountaintop. And of course, anyone coming directly in contact with the beam of darkness may be dangerously damaged.
But now only the skeletal dragon remains. ]
no subject
DUCK FOR COVER GUYS!
[Best time to run away? NOW.]
no subject
Or the Anger Core, which is probably still too small to be holding off an attack of whatever magnitude it is the Bone Dragon's preparing?
He's not taking his chances, so even while sprinting away in the same direction as the others he hastily feeds a sizable portion of energy to the core, which, spokes and all, quickly grows to around their height even in its inactive state. When the inevitable attack does come at them, hopefully that'll be enough to block the brunt of it...
If he can get a chance to catch his breath he will, because he's going to be feeling that later. Where are mana potions when you need them.]
no subject
[He makes a frustrated noise as the dragon flies up high. Is he going to have to use Gae Bolg's explosive form again?]
[Before he can even throw the spear, though, the dragon is blasting its dark beam at the ice dragon and Lancer looks to be caught in the crossfire. He ducks to the side, but it's not quick enough.]
Ah...shit.
[That's all he has time to say before being caught in the dragon's blast. He knows, even before it hits him, that this isn't something even a Servant can survive.]
no subject
It went down from its high position on the sky, and instead of firing at random, he would fous on particular individuals, turn to turn. As it appeared Lancer met with a terrible fate, it would focus on the others now: First it would focus on Raven, then on Riku and finally on Luke, turn by turn with a pattern: First a breath of darkness, than flying close to the ground to try and grab them in order to toss them out of the moutain.
On the bright side, while the dragon was focusing on one character, the other were free of movement if they weren't in the breath's range. ]
no subject
[He wasn't sure if anyone would listen to him at this point, but it was worth a try. Luke started moving as soon as it started going for Raven, trying to keep himself out of the line of fire and think of a strategy. It was undead, and light based stuff seemed to work on it pretty well...]
[...did he even have any moves that involved Rem? Er... crap; he wasn't sure.]
(no subject)

Perhaps, like the other dragon, it would get weaker once the ice dragon was defeated. Quickly, chaos moved away from the skeletal dragon and towards the ice one. He started to move his hand in a circle, summoning up what looked like red Chinese magic runes with a hole in the center. Having finished the circle, he would then thrust his hand into the middle-sending enough heat to make a human spontaneously combust to the dragon. The runes would then vanish.]
