[OPEN] MAGICAL MIDGET ADVENTURES... STARTO!
Characters: [AU7] Waver Velvet, OPEN
Setting: Dormitory floors, fourth floor, random floors.
Format: Action
Summary: Waver searches for her family, sulks around as Wavers do, and then explores a little.
Warnings: May include monsters etc. I'll update accordingly.
Dormitories
[Waver doesn't want to believe what she's been told. It would be so much easier to tell herself this is a prank, or she's being held for ransom, or... something. And that's why, as soon as she's able, the magus wanders the dormitory floors with only one goal on her mind...]
Brother! Brother? Derry! Where have you gone? Derry...!
[The girl's search for her sibling is more than a little frantic, and she'll stop to ask anyone if they've seen him, whether she recognises them or not.]
Floor 4
[After giving up her search, Waver can be found sulking in an out-of-the-way chair with her bowl of oatmeal and a small pile of books pilfered from the library. Every now and then she makes a note of something on her phone, but for the most part she just looks like your average Waver, trying to distract herself.]
???
[Eventually she'll get bored with reading and attempt to go exploring. She's not daft enough to leave the stairs on any floor that looks suspicious, but sometimes things don't go according to plan, do they? It only occurs to her after some time that she should probably rush back to her room before nightfall, if what she heard was true...]

What does he look like? Maybe I've seen him around.

Hey, Waver. Nice to see you again.
[If Waver doesn't immediately try to kill him for murdering "him" a while back, he'll be surprised.]

Katsuya catches Waver thinking about going off the stairs and speaks up.] Don't stay on this floor for more than a minute. The poppies make you fall asleep until the monsters come at night.

Wizard of Odd And Terribly Unpleasant Murder, then? That sounds like a production I'd rather not be part of.

[Ooh. Sorry, Waver, looks like you've caught Morty here while he was in the middle of... spacing out? Apparently. He had been walking along with a blank look in his eyes, so when a frantic girl ran up to him and started screaming about people he didn't know, the response wasn't exactly instantaneous.]
...uh. [Wait. Manners.] Excuse me?
no subject
[She didn't mean to startle him. ... If she startled him, that is. Waver's not quite sure that she did.]
I'm looking for my brother.

Derry.
The nickname makes his heart skip a beat. Not long ago another had called him by that name. And that person had a daughter, who if brought here, would most likely start looking for her brother Derry first thing.
Only seconds pass and he's standing behind her on the floor. She hasn't noticed him yet, and he takes that time to calm his own rapidly beating heart when he confirms that she is just who he thinks she is.
Sola-Ui's daughter is here. His...sister in an odd twisted universe, second magic be damned sort of way.]
Waver...
(NP! :3)
Derry, yo--
[And then she stops, her expression clearly confused as she stares up at him. He's unmistakeably Derry, but at the same time...]

Floor 4
He stops when he spots the other sitting across from him. It's not just that she looks familiar, it's that she looks exactly like him. But he hadn't heard of three instances of the same person before, two, sure, but even that was strange enough. So he ends up just gawking without saying a word.]

...Waver?
[In a place like this one, a familiar voice is strange because it is familiar.]
[She slowly turns around. When she sees that the face too is familiar, she rushes over.]
Waver!
[She calls out, louder this time.]

[Hope she wanted an armful of daughter, because she's getting one.]

Floor 10
The particular floor he found himself on was like an aquarium -- but it lacked the boundaries that he would expect, giving the entire floor feeling of being on the ocean floor, surrounded by sea life.
He whistles idly as he inspects the exotic fish, watching them fan their fins and puff up defensively as he peers closely at them.]
